Jadyn’s POV

A couple days passed after Caitlyn’s party and now it is a Thursday and I am currently in an argument with Harry.

“I think that was kind of overkill, I mean really to California?” Harry asked bringing up the Caitlyn’s birthday present to California.

“I don’t think it was kind of overkill, I mean I live in California, and Caitlyn has lived in England her whole inter life,” I said as I sighed.

This particular argument has been going on and on ever since Niall and I presented the tickets to Caitlyn. Harry thought it was a bad idea while everyone thought it was an amazing idea. Harry kept pointing out the pros and cons and I just keep arguing with him that it is a wonderful idea.

“I still do,” Harry said quietly as I sighed and rolled my eyes.

“I know, you think it is overkill but I mean you have seen almost the whole world Harry, and so has her boyfriend and I have seen a pretty good part of it! So I think it is fair for Caitlyn to get a trip to California,” I said as I turned off my T.V. and walked to the kitchen.

“Niall is proposing to her,” Harry called after me as I paused.

“What?” I asked turning back and looking at him.

He was facing the T.V. acting like he was watching it, but since it was turned off he really couldn’t.

“He is going to propose to her sometime, probably next month or in December. He already asked her parents,” Harry said as I gaped at him.

“B-but they have only dated for less than a year!” I argued as Harry shrugged.

“They are in love with each other Jadyn, some people get married earlier than others,” Harry said as he stood up and pecked my cheek before grabbing his keys. “I have to go, I’ll call you,” he told me as I nodded and watched him leave.

For once I had nothing to say.

-.-.-.-.-

Ever since Harry told me what was happening between Niall and Caitlyn I couldn’t stop thinking or looking at the both of them. Just thinking of when everything was going to happen. The thing was neither of them suspected what I thought or knew and it was killing me to keep this secret, plus I didn’t know if Harry was making this proposal up or not.

“What are you going to be?” Harry asked me a couple weeks later, as I flipped a piece of French Toast and shrugged.

“I’m going to be a nurse,” Caitlyn said petting Harriet then let her on my counter.

“Get that thing off my counter,” I told her as Caitlyn gasped.

“You did not just call my kitten a thing,” Caitlyn said as I sighed; I hate cats, I was more a dog person.

“Harriet is not a thing,” Harry agreed petting the cat.

“I’m agreeing with Jadyn, I don’t like cats,” Niall said as I smirked at my boyfriend.

“She is just too cute!” Caitlyn cooed as Harry coughed.

“Can we get back to the question I just asked?” he asked as we sighed.

“I don’t know, I was thinking nurse, but now I am thinking of being Shakira or something fun,” Caitlyn said as I raised an eyebrow at Caitlyn.

“Shakira is blonde you know,” I informed her as she nodded, ginger wanting to be a blonde…

“I was thinking of being Niall Horan of One Direction,” Niall said as Caitlyn shook her head.
