Jadyn’s POV

            I woke up to my phone ringing ‘What Makes You Beautiful’ and groaned. ‘Who invented phones?’ I thought as I grabbed my phone and hit it.

“Hello?” I asked groggily, I was going to kill the person on the line for messing with my sleep.

“Hey Jadyn, this is Niall, I was wondering if we could meet up for breakfast? I want to talk about something…” Niall trailed off.

I was barely listening because I was trying to go back to sleep.

“Jadyn?” Niall’s voice came as my eyes shot open.

“What? Oh, today, well um, wait what time is it?” I asked not bothering to look, if the leprechaun wanted me to go with breakfast with him then he was going to tell me the time.

“Seven,” Niall said as I groaned.

“What time do you want me to eat breakfast?” I asked as he sighed.

“Um, eight or so? It has to do with Caitlyn,” Niall said.

“Well, if you are going to break up with her then you do not have my permission,” I told him.

“WHAT?” he asked as I sighed.

“If you are going to break up with Caitly-” I began but was cut off by Niall.

“I know what you said, why would I break up with Caitlyn?” he asked as I groaned.

“I don’t know, I mean you are ignoring her and I don’t know, if you are then you don’t have my permission and if you are then I’m just going to hang up and go to sleep,” I told him as he groaned.

“I am not ignoring her! Well kind of, but I ruin surprises all the time and I don’t want to ruin her birthday present!” he said as I sighed.

“Why did you want to talk to me again? And I mean that is a stupid reason, just tell the gal,” I said as he sighed.

‘Half of our conversation is sighing, this is who I am friends with,’ I thought as Niall cleared his throat.

“It is Caitlyn’s birthday present, she is in the shower can we meet up for breakfast at 8 at the café near your flat?” he asked as I sighed.

“I don’t like keeping secrets from my friends, I mean seriously, why can’t you just tell her the surprise? I mean I hate surprises!” I said.

“Caitlyn loves them,” he stated as I groaned, I just had to have the neighbor who loves surprises.

“Fine, but Caitlyn doesn’t have class until like eleven or ten-thirty or something like that today,” I informed him as he laughed.

“Nope, she has to go to school early, something about going to the library or something,” he said as I sighed.

“Awesome, well I guess I will meet up with you if it involves her present. Or whatever it is,” I said as he sighed in relief.

“Thank you Jadyn, I’ll see you soon,” he said.
