Cody the Guardian of Hell

Kat, Ace, Josh, and Milky found the ruins of Cody's burnt down house. So much time had passed that there were weeds and tall grass coming out of what used to the be the floorboards of the bottom floor of the house. They found the stairway leading to the basement, but they need to clear some of the rumble out of the way using tools.

However, the door at the bottom of the stairs was a solid steel door that was electronically controlled with a digital code lock. They couldn't crack it because the fire destroyed the control panel.

"Fuck me," Ace said.

"I'd love to, but I'm all sweaty and dirty," Josh said.

"Knock it off you two," Kat panted, "What do we do?"

"Either we could pry it open with a blow torch or we get through the walls of the basement. You see, it's just the door that's solid steel, but what about the walls? They're most likely just stone or brick and we can break through that," Milky explained.

"We'll have dig and then we'll have to bust through the walls and . . . okay, fuck it, we'll cash in together on it," Ace said.

"There better be some good info down there," Josh said.

"I'll text Verosika an update," Milky said pulling out her phone.

"Yeah . . . I wonder how Cody's doing," Kat said looking up at the sky.

Meanwhile

"Cody, Princess Octavia, allow me to introduce you to the rulers of the Envy Ring, the Von Eldritch family. Their king Leviathan, his wife and queen Bethesda, and their children. Well, one of them that is present. Princess Helsa," Lucifer introduced.

Cody and Octavia bowed respectively, "My dark lords."

Cody recognized them instantly from the framed photograph at Charlie's hotel. This was the family that Vaggie warned him about. They looked almost the same in the photo but dressed in more fancy outfits for the royal party. King Leviathan was a tall handsome male demon with light black skin, snow white hair with grey highlights, green eyes with green teeth, and a thin mustache. He wore a sparkling black suit with a shiny white tie and green leather pants and a big top hat that had two green mouths on the sides with razor sharp teeth. He was also had a black cane with a big ball handle that most likely had a knife, or a sword hidden inside.

Queen Bethesda was a tall and beautiful female demon with similar features as her husband as far as skin, hair, eye, and mouth colors. However, her snow-white hair with grey highlights was long all the way down to her knees. She was wearing a pretty sparkling black dress with big white sparkling stars at the bottom of her dress and a tri emerald necklace and bracelets.

Princess Helsa looked a lot like her mother, but her hair was tied in a half up half down style. Her dress was sparkling back with pink patterns all over it with green fur around her neck and at her wrists. She had a pair of green eyeball earrings and a green skull necklace. All three smile a scary smile at Cody and Via.

"Well, well, well . . . Princess Octavia and Cody Laurent as we live and breathe," King Leviathan smiled.

Then he turned to Lucifer, "And Luc! How the Hell are you?"

They opened their arms and embraced a hug like old buddies.

"Levi, as always good to see you, ya son of a bitch!" Lucifer said.

They burst out laughing.

"Lily, you remember the Von Eldritch family?" Lucifer smiled.

"Lilith, Stolas, Octavia," Bethesda and Helsa greeted.
