Original story: All that's on my mind
Chase sat underneath a tree and watched the clouds. There was clearly something off about Ryder's behavior, but he couldn't quite pin-point what it was. "What is it?" "what is what?" Skye sat down next to Chase. "H-Hey Skye... I was just thinking about all the murders that have been happening lately." "Oh.. any progress?" "No... I have my suspicions but I cannot be too sure about it." "Don't tell me Y/n is your prime suspect." Chase chuckled. He remembered very clearly how Skye had walked in, when he and Ryder tried to figure out when it all started. "I promise you, Y/n is in the clear for now. I have my eyes on a different person." "Really? Who?" Chase was silent for a moment. He thought of every moment when there was something suspicious happening. Ryder suddenly losing his balance, Ryder yelling at someone on the phone but most of all: Jake sounded like he knew something about the culprit, Ryder had pictures of you, your schedule and even the murderers necklace. "It is two people actually." "Really?" "Yeah, but for your own safety, I cannot tell you." Skye came closer to Chase, licking his cheek and rubbing her head against it afterwards. "That is okay. Just promise me that you will solve these cases..." Chase felt like his heart was beating out of his chest. He had this feeling again, though he wasn't sure what to do. Do I... do I have crush on Skye?
