~ Author's Note ~

I'm actually feeling really great because even though I'm freaking ugly and gross and fat, I found a really cute crop-top yesterday at the supermarket, and I bought it, and it's like REALLY cute on me, and now I just can't WAIT even more until the weather is warm enough to wear it !!! 😭😭

I know in the last chapter I mentioned Spaniards with brown eyes are my kinda guys, but maybe this blue eyed Frenchman can be an exception. 😍😍😍

 😍😍😍

TEXTING PHIL FODEN

Jadrien's Perspective

The photo shoots and paparazzi and what not in Manchester were fine and wonderful and good, but I told my agent that before we went back to Barcelona, I was going to have to catch a football game.

"Why?"she asked with a sigh, running a hand across her short black curly hair. "Your brother doesn't even play in Manchester anymore, does he?"

"No, but I... know... I know of some other people who do play for Manchester City, and I'd like to see them, thanks. It's my choice, anyway."

"Actually, it's really not."

"Listen, Kate," I said to my agent, which is her name. "You've got to let me. It's not like I have anything to get to right away in Barcelona, right? I can spend another extra day or two here in Manchester, right? What harm would it do? Please let me! I love the city of Manchester!"

She sighed. "Do you, now? Well, alright, I guess we can stay for two more days. But that's it. Now let's go back to the hotel and get some sleep. Then tomorrow you can explore your heart out here in Manchester. Not quite sure what amazes you so much about this place, considering you literally lived here for years." I do have to admit, I do feel kind of bad about making my agent do this, but at the same time, Ferran and Phil are way more important to me than Kate. I mean, Kate is alright, but... You know what I mean.

I ended up scrolling through my hundreds of contacts on my phone that night until I found Phil's contact, who I had only texted a few times, years ago. Yeah, my phone is really old. I texted him:
