Chapter Nine

Jacob's POV:

I woke up with a smile on my face. Waking up to Julianna in my arms gave me butterflies. Yeah, I know that sounds like a little girl but I don't care.

I stared at her sleeping for at least 15 minutes. She looks so innocent when she's asleep. Her eyes fluttered open & a smile appeared on her face when she saw me.

"Good morning beautiful!", I said kissing her cheek.

"Good morning!"

She kissed my cheek back which made me smile & blush a little.

"Awe. You look so adorable when you blush!", she said with a smirk on her face. I had a huge smile on my face then she started poking my face.

"Julie?"

"Yess Jake?", she said while poking my cheeks.

"Why are you poking my face & playing with my cheeks?", I said with a confused look.

"Because you have the cutest dimples I've ever seen & a sexy face to go with it.", she said with a wink. I laughed & pulled her closer to me when she jumped from the door slamming downstairs.

"Oh my goodness, Jacob. Who is downstairs."

"I forgot to tell you that my parents are coming back today."

"Ohh. Have you told them about us yet?"

"No, but they will find out in about 3, 2,1-", as soon as I said that my mom opened my door.

"Oh my gosh! You guys are finally together?", she asked & waited for an answer.

"Yes, mom we are."

"Oh my gosh. Honey hurry & look! Wait a minute, you guys didn't do the you-know-what, did you?"

Julie's face turned completely red & she hid her face in my chest of complete embarrassment.

"No mom. We're waiting until we're married.", I said with a chuckle.

"Great! I knew it wouldn't be long before you guys would be together!"

"What's going on dear ?", my dad asked my mom & she pointed at our direction. "Wait. Is that Julie Bug?", he asked.

Julie turned around facing them. "Yes. It's me Papa J."

"Wait. You guys didn't you-know-what did you?", my dad asked. Julie hid her face in her hands & I laughed.

"No Pops. We're waiting until we're married."

"Good. Well, I'll leave you, kids, alone. & Julie Bug?"

She lifted her head up from her hands. "Yes, sir?"

"You picked a good man. He's a special one.", he said to Julianna which made a huge smile appear on my face.

"Yes sir I surely did.", she said while looking at me & smiling. I leaned in closer & kissed her soft, perfect lips. I swear her lips were addictive.

"Awee. You guys are so cute. Come on honey we have to unpack. See you later my babies!", my mom yelled as she closed the door.

I looked over at Julianna & noticed her staring at me like she was yesterday when we were in the car.

"Why are you staring at me like that?"

She walked over & sat on my lap. & held my face in her hands so I was looking at her. "Because I love you & you heard your dad. He said you were a great MAN. That means that he does think you're a great son. You were worried about nothing."
