Jacob's POV:
*a week later*
"Babe!", I yelled, coming in the house.
"Upstairs!", she yelled from upstairs.
I walked upstairs to our room & saw her putting up our clothes.
"Hey baby.", she said, closing the drawers.
"Hey. How was your day?", I asked pecking her lips.
"It was okay. How was your day?", she asked.
"Well that what I wanted to talk to you about.", I said nervously, sitting down on the edge of the bed.
"What is it?", she asked.
"Come sit.", I said patting the bed next to me.
She sat down next to me & turned towards me.
"Jake, what is it? You're scaring me, baby.", she said rubbing my head.
"It's not that bad. Well, I don't think it's bad.", I said.
"Tell me.", she said.
"Remember when we were playing basketball last week?", I asked.
She nodded her head & waited for me to continue.
"Well apparently a guy saw us & he thinks I'm good enough to play for the San Antonio Spurs & he wants to be my agent.", I said, looking her directly in her eyes.
She jumped on me & we fell back on the bed.
"BABE, THAT'S GREAT!", she yelled covering my face with kisses.
"So, you're okay with it?", I asked.
"Yeah, you love basketball & I think it'll be great for you.", she said, kissing my lips.
When we were playing basketball last week a guy saw us playing basketball & somehow he got my number & asked to meet up with him for lunch. I met up with him at lunch & he talked about me playing for the Spurs & him being my agent. At first my answer was a complete no because I know for a fact that I won't be around my girls. But he said that I could take them wherever I went.
"I told him I would talk to you first before I make any decision.", I said.
"Babe, that's fine.", she smiled.
Julianna's POV:
I was in the middle of making dinner until Jacob came in the kitchen.
"Where's Soph?", I asked him.
"Ayden just brought her back. She's in the living room watching TV.", he said.
I nodded my head & continued cooking dinner.
He wrapped his arms around my waist & rested his head in the crook of my neck while I cooked.
I love it when he did this. What if his basketball career stops him from doing this? What if he barely comes home?
"Julie, what's wrong?", Jacob whispered against my neck.
"Nothing. I'm fine.", I said turning off the stove & walking to the cabinet to get the plates out.
"No there's something wrong. Tell me.", he said turning me around.
"What if you make the team ? Then we won't be able to spend time together or cuddle.", I said looking at the floor.
"What? Babe, don't cry. That's not gonna happen.", he said taking my face in his hands, wiping my tears with his thumbs.
