Julianna's POV:
Today is the day that I tell my parents about Sophia. I'm nervous. I already know they're gonna flip.
"Baby stop stressing.", Jacob said wrapping his arms around my waist from behind.
"I'm trying to but I'm scared."
"They'll love her.", he said turning me around to face him.
"Promise?"
"I promise.", he said pecking my lip. I was about to deepen it until I heard small sobs. I went to Sophia's room & saw her crying her eyes out.
"Baby girl what's wrong?", I asked her.
"I wet.", she said in between sobs.
"Wet where?", I asked. She pointed towards the bed. I went over to her bed & saw a small wet spot on her bed. I guess you had a little accident.
"I sowwy, Mommy. I didn't mean to do it. Pwease don't well (yell) & hate me like my wast (last) Mommy.", she cried. I got on my knees so we were eye level to each other.
"I won't ever hate or yell at you. It was an accident. Your just gonna have to go potty before you go to sleep. Come on, let's go take a bubble bath then we can go have pancakes.", I said trying to cheer her up. She smiled & hugged me.
"I wuv you Mommy.", she whispered.
"I love you, too. Now go wait in the bathroom so Daddy can give you a bubble bath.", I said kissing her cheek. She walked into the bathroom & I went back to our room where I saw Jacob laying on the bed. When he saw me he sat up immediately.
"Is she, okay? Is she hurt? Does she-", he got cut off with me putting my hand over his mouth.
"Calm down. She's fine. She just had a little accident, she wet the bed & thought that I would hate & yell at her like her last Mom.", I told him.
"Wow. That woman was the worst.", he said rubbing his face.
"Yeah she was. But I told her that you'll give her a bubble bath while I make pancakes. So can you bathe her?", I asked.
"Yeah. No problem babe.", he said getting off the bed & walking down the hallway. I got up & went in Spohia's room. I grabbed her sheets, covers, her clothes & put them in the washer.
When I was done I went downstairs to make breakfast. I'm going to make pancakes, eggs & bacon. I went to grab the plates but I heard my phone ringing. I grabbed it & saw Mama was calling me for a Facetime request.
"Hey Mama!", I shrieked.
"Hey! I miss you guys!", she said smiling.
"We miss you, too."
"Where is Jacob?", she asked.
"He's upstairs, bathing Sophia.", I said.
"Who's Sophia?"
"Our daughter.", I said, biting my lip.
"Daughter?! When the hell did you have a child?!", she yelled. I went to speak but I heard footsteps coming.
"Mommy! Mommy! I smell wike stawberries.", she said hugging my leg.
"You smell like candy.", I asked picking her up.
"Mommy, who's that? She has hair wike you.", Sophia asked pointing to the phone that had Mama face on it.
"This is your, Grammy. Say hey.", I told Sophia.
"Hi Gwammy!", Sophia said waving at my phone. Mama couldn't help but smile at her cuteness.
"Hey sweetie.", Mama said.
"Sophia, come watch TV until breakfast is done.", Jacob yelled, coming downstairs.
"Coming Daddy!", she yelled. She kissed my cheek before I put her down.
"She's so adorable. What's her name again?", Mama asked.
"Sophia. She's 2 & we're adopting her.", I said.
"Why?", Mama asked.
I explained the whole story to her & I even told her about how Ayden reacted.
"That poor thing has been through it all. Me & your father will be up there first thing this weekend.", she said.
"Okay, Mama. I'll talk to you later. I gotta get breakfast started. I love you."
"I love you too sweetie.", she said before hanging up.
I finished breakfast & put them on plates. I cut Sophia's pancakes up before placing it on the table.
"Breakfast ready!", I yelled. Jacob walked in with Sophia in his arms.
"Tank you Mommy.", Sophia said climbing in her seat.
"Your welcome Princess.", I said then kissed her forehead.
"Soo, how'd it go?" Jacob asked me.
"She reacted better than Ayden.", I said.
"I told you. Everything would be fine but it won't be easy.", he said wrapping his arms around me.
"Promise we'll handle whatever it is together.", I said looking up at him.
"I promise.", he said kissing my lips.
