Chapter Sixteen

Julianna's POV:

*A Week Later*

Olivia went back to school. She only has a few more days left of college in Europe then she going to transfer here than in 3 months she will finally graduate & become a fashion designer.

We have a new boy at school his name is Kevin Thomas. He has in first period with me & fourth period with Jacob. He & Jacob have become close. Besides me, Jacob barely had any guy best friends so I'm glad he has a new friend. I don't talk to Kevin that much, but Jacob says he's cool.

I'm tired. I was up all night deciding what colleges I wanted to apply to. I got some offers but I'm still thinking. I woke up at 7:30 went in my bathroom showered, washed my hair, brushed my teeth & washed my face. I felt like crap, so I wore a gold t-shirt, Jake's gold & red Last Kings sweat pants & my gold & red TOMS. I grabbed my purse, backpack, phone, car keys, locked the door & walked out.

When I walked into the school the bell rung. I went to my locker & I saw Jacob & Kevin standing there talking. When Jacob saw me, a huge smile appeared on his face which made me smile, I'm glad I'm able to have that effect on him. Kevin stared at me with a creepy smirk on his face. Creeper.

"Hey, Jake.", I said giving him a kiss.

"Hey, baby. You look beautiful.", he said while giving me another kiss.

"Thank you, babe.", I said kissing his cheek which made his face turn red. He placed his forehead on mine & we were staring into each other's eyes until we were interrupted by Kevin clear his throat.

"Well hello to you to Julianna.", he said being sarcastic as always.

"Hi, Kevin.", I said rolling my eyes at him & turning around. "I gotta go, Jacob. I'll see you after school at 6, okay? I love you.", I said turning my attention to Jacob.

"Okay. I love you too baby.", he said pecking my lips before I walked away.

Today Jacob is coming over to my house, so we can apply to colleges together. When I got into first period, I could feel a pair of eyes burning through my skin. When I turned around it was Kevin. Why is he staring at me? I just turned around & kept working. Then 10 minutes later he sat in the desk next to me.

"Hey Julianna, do you think you can tutor me for the test tomorrow. I don't understand this mess.", he asked me to wait for an answer.

Part of me wanted to yell HELL NO! But this was my boyfriend's best friend. I have to be nice. So, I said, "Sure. You know where my house is."

"Thanks. I'll be over at 5.", he said walking away with another crept smirk on his face.

The only reason Kevin knows where I stay is because last weekend Jacob & I went on a double date with one on Kevin's female friends & he was in the car when Jacob picked me up.

After school, I went home & made me a sandwich. When I finished my sandwich, my doorbell rang. I'm paranoid when I'm by myself so I went to grab my peppers spray & knife, you never know when a serial killer could come in. Before I opened the door, I put them in my pockets. When I opened my door, I saw it was Kevin.

"Hey, Kevin. Come in.", I said being friendly.

"Thanks." He sat on the couch as I closed the door.

"We can go study in the kitchen." As I was walking into the kitchen I felt him watching me. When I turned around I realized something, he didn't have his backpack.

"So, what do you need help with exactly?", I said as I went to sit on the stool by the island in my kitchen but he grabbed my wrist making my stand back up. He pulled me closer to him by my waist which made me tense.
