1993,

Night had taken it's place, and meanwhile many where sleeping. I was up, waiting for my clock to hit midnight so I could go and meet up with Draco.

In all honesty I don't know why I decided to go. I don't know if it was the possible feelings i have for him. Or the desire to make amends with him. Though I think it is both.

My thoughts where soon discontinued as I watched the clock officially hit midnight. I sighed in relief before standing up from my bed and walking over to my door, grabbing the doorknob.

Though just as I was about to open the door. The lamp beside Valery's bed turned on. It's light shining on her side features. "Sneaking out, eh?" Asked Valery, her arms crossed against her chest.

"Maybe," I answered with a sly smirk on my face. "With out me?" Valery gasped in offense, though a small smirk was soon brought to her lips.

"Ah, I see. Your sneaking out to see Malfoy" Valery claimed. Shit, how did she know. "How did you know?" I asked in utter curiosity.

"I know you y/n, your my best friend." Valery added with a chuckle. "Please don't tell Harry. I've just gotten back into good te-" I started though Valery cut me off by walking over to me and placing her hands on my shoulders.

"I won't tell anyone. Relax. though i want you to promise me something" Valery said, her eyebrows furrowing slightly. "Hmm?" I hummed, hoping to get a response.

"If you truly do have feelings for Malfoy, don't deny them. Do what you want" Valery advised as a small smile made its way to her face. "I promise" I guaranteed as I smiled back at the girl.

"Amazing, now go. Don't want to keep Malfoy waiting eh?" Valery said mockingly as she opened the door and almost shoved me out of it.

I chuckled to myself before finally making my way into the common room. Taking in its cool air. And lonely atmosphere.

Though a small smile was brought to my face when I thought about the presence I was soon to have. Draco Malfoy.

So, with out any further distractions. I fastened my pace as I left the Slytherin common room, not looking back.

I had been walking for a few minutes before I had arrived at the bottom of the stairs which led to the Astronomy tower.

Calming myself down I took in a deep breath before making my way up the long and spiral staircase.

I had gone up about twenty steps before I finally reached the top. butterflies immediately swarmed my stomach once I saw Draco Malfoy sitting on the edge of the Astronomy tower.

His hair was messy, though it looked even better when it was. His grayish blue eyes where glistening under the moonlight as his hands laid on his lap carelessly.

He looked sincerely free in the moment. Better yet, he looked beautiful. He must of noticed I was staring at him as for his voice beamed throughout to dark and empty tower.

"Staring problem, potter?" Draco asked, not even having to turn his body to identify me. I scoffed at the boys confidence before making my way over to the boy and taking a seat beside him.

"You wish Malfoy" I shot back, a small grin appearing on my face as Draco looked over to me and quirked an eyebrow.

"Oh really, because I-uh" Draco said as he picked up one of his hands from his lap, and placed it on the lower half of my chin, pretending to wipe imaginary drool of it.

"I think you might have drooled just then," Draco said as he smirked lightly, though his hand never moved from my chin.

"Oh really?" I pressured mockingly as I took his hand form my chin. I then hit him on the back of his head. "Nice one potter" Draco said as he rubbed his head in pain.
