The day of the third task had arrived, and me, Harry, Hermione, and Ron where all sat at the Gryffindor table, eating breakfast until it was time for us to head to the quidditch pitch for the third, and final task.

The entirety of breakfast Harry was silent meanwhile Hermione and Ron bickered back and fourth, trying to include me and Ron in the conversation occasionally.

Though neither one of us participated. Only when it was time for the four of us to head towards the quidditch pitch did me and Harry actually talk.

"I'm nervous," Harry admitted, causing Ron and Hermione's head to snap in the direction of me and Harry.

"It's ok to be," I said, intertwining my hand with his. "Your human, and your also about to participate in a deadly task," i said, my voice soft and cautious.

"I guess so," Harry sighed, his gaze set on our intertwined hands. "I just- I don't want to die, or get hurt, or even watch others get hurt." Harry ranted on, and all I did was listen.

"I just don't want to leave you," said Harry finally. "And you won't," I reassured the boy. "Your bloody, Harry James potter. The boy who lived, I have much faith in you, as should you," I smiled at the boy, inspiring him to do the same.

"Thanks Lilly," said Harry, his gaze still locked on our hands. "And day, James." I Sighed, squeezing Harry's hand briefly.

"What do you say?" I asked, looking at Harry. "How about you go and Fuck some shit up?" I chanted, throwing my free hand up in the air.

"Language," Harry scolded, light-heartedly. "Sorry James," I grinned at the boy, shaking my head lightly.

Me, and the golden trio walked for some more time until eventually we came to a stop in front of the champions tent.

"Good luck, James . I just know you'll do amazing." I said, smiling at my brother proudly, I had much faith in him, I knew he would do just spectacularly.

"We'll be rooting for you, mate." said Ron as he patted Harry on the back encouragingly. "Indeed, do us some good Harry and win," Hermione winked, locking her hand through mine.

"I'll try," Harry let out a shaky breath. "You ready?" I asked, my gaze soft and caring. "As ready as I can be," Harry replied, his hands slipping into the pocket of his pants.

"We have to get going now Harry, we wish you luck" Hermione said, grabbing ahold of Ron's hand and practically dragging me and Ron away from Harry.
