1994,

Study hall had just began, and instead of sitting at the Slytherin table with the rest of my Friends. I had decided to sit with Harry at the Gryffindor table.

But with Harry, there was always a Ron and Hermione, though it wasn't Hermione that bothered me, it was Ronnikins.

"This is mad" Ron grimaced. "At this rate, we'll be the only ones in our year without a date" said Ron as a obvious sigh was heard escaping his lips.

"Well... us and Neville." Harry smirked. Causing me to scoff In annoyance. Though Ron and Harry found it utterly amusing and began chuckling.

I was really, starting to regret even coming to the study hall with the golden trio. "Yeah, but, then again, he can take himself" implied Ron , as he and harry chuckled at his comment, once again.

"It might interest you to know that Neville's already got someone." Hermione tuned herself into the boy's' conversation, causing Ron to groan in annoyance.

"Now I'm really depressed," sighed Ron. His laughter no longer present, instead replaced with embarrassment.

Though as he continued to complain i simply tried to tune him out and Instead focus on my work ahead of me.

Though alas. "What's this?" Asked Ron, causing me to look up from my work, wanting to find out what he had discovered.

As soon as I looked at Ron, I was met with the sight of a piece of parchment paper being held in his hands, and within moments he began reading it out loud.

"Get a move on or all the good ones will be gone," I could only assume this note was from Fred and George, as for Ron's eyes immediately shifted to his two older brothers with a scowl held firmly on his face.

I rolled my eyes at Ron before I myself let my eyes fall to the two twins beside me "who are you going with then?" Whispered Ron annoyingly.

Though Fred didn't answer, instead a obvious quirk appeared to his eyebrows before he turned to the girl that was sat in front of him, that girl being Angelina, one of Hermione's friends.

Fred looked the girl up and down before he threw a paper at the her, Gaining her attention, Angelina seemed angered at first though as Fred went into detail in explaining what he wanted, she grew less tense.

Within those couple of seconds Fred had asked Angelina to the Yule ball, and unsurprisingly, she agreed, much to Ron's displeasure.

Though it seems as though Ron had just gotten an idea from his brothers antics. "Oi, Hermione" Ron appealed, gaining the attention of the girl who was once focused strictly on her work.

"Your a girl..." Ron trailed off as though he had just noticed. "Oh, well. Spotted" Hermione replied sarcastically.

"Come with one of us?" Asked Ron as he began dancing in his seat, just as his brother Fred had, causing Hermione to roll her eyes in annoyance.

"Come on, it's one thing for a bloke to show up alone, but for a girl, it's just sad" Ron continued pleadingly.

"Hermione won't be going alone, believe it or not she's actually gotten a date, though it's obvious you lack one" i sneered.

Gaining the attention of the red head in front of me. Though alas, before he could reply I simply stood up from the bench I was once sat on and instead headed over to Snape, whereupon I turned in my finished essay.

After I had turned my work in I walked back over to the Gryffindor table though I didn't stay, instead I simply packed my things up without sparing the others a single word.
