1994, the first task.

The first task was today. and nonetheless, the atmosphere the whole morning was tense. though people tried their best to push past the gloomy mood, And instead enjoy their morning.

Just as I did. "Who are you guys rooting for?" I asked, trying to break the tension at the Slytherin table that was innately eerie.

"Viktor, obviously." Draco and Theodore answered in utter most unison, causing the two boys to grin at each other in similarity.

"I'll be rooting for Harry," Valery said sweetly, a light tint of rosy red arising to her cheeks as she spoke, which initially caused my once stressed facial expressions to change to one of teasing.

Though just as I was about to tease Valery about she had just said, someone beat me to it. "Oh please, he'll probably ditch out within moments" Blaise scoffed under his breath earning a pointed glare from both me and Valery.

Though thankfully, pansy added herself into the conversation, deciding to defuse the situation."Well I'll be rooting for Fluer,"

"Yeah, because your an absolute feminist." Theodore claimed, much to pansy's pleasure. The girl smirked in utter triumph before laying her head into her hands, forgetting about blaise and Valery.

"Yes, yes I am Theodore. Is there a problem with that?" Pansy asked, a quirk in her eyebrows as she spoke.

Though as the argument went on between the two I simply pried my attention from the both of them and instead, let my eyes roam the hall in utter boredom.

Though as I did so, I was met with the sight of a ill looking Harry, causing me to immediately feel sorrow for the boy.

So, with a light sigh escaping my lips I stood up from the bench i was once sat on.

"I'm going to go wish Harry good luck, I'll see you guys at the pitch?" I asked, to which everyone simply nodded in response, before joining back in on their previous conversation.

Leaving me to go and wish my brother good luck. So, that's exactly what I did. I gave both pansy and Valery one last polite smile before I set off for the Gryffindor table.

As I walked past the four tables of all houses I couldn't help but notice how lonely Harry looked now that both Hermione and Ron had basically left him.

Though due to me reaching Harry's table I was forced to rid myself of any of those thoughts and instead focus on him

So, once I sat down in the free seat beside Harry i threw my arms over Harry's shoulders, scaring him senseless.

"Good grief!" Harry exclaimed as he turned to face me, though once our eyes met he calmed down. "Merlin you scared me y/n!" Harry chuckled, a look of now relief on his face.

"Sorry," I chuckled. "Your fine, what are you doing here?" Asked Harry, a slightly confused expression plastered onto the contents of his face.

"I'm here to wish my dear brother good luck of course!" I claimed, a slight grin on my face as I leaned my head onto Harry's shoulder.

"Thanks, Lilly." Harry said as he laid his head on mine. "Of course." I grumbled, a faint smile now present on my lips as the silence arose within me and Harry.

Though alas, with my thoughts overflowing my senses, words began spilling out of my mouth unintentionally.

"Do me a favor?" I began, my voice faint, though not faint enough that Harry couldn't hear me. "What's that?" Harry asked as his hands found mine and began fiddling with the rings on my fingers.
