1994,

Me and Draco had spent the rest of the night in the Astronomy tower, talking about everything and anything. Right about until I realized I had missed 1:00 am.

"Shit" I muttered to myself as I stood up from the floor of the Astronomy tower. "What's wrong?" Asked Draco as his gaze followed me.

"I promised Harry I would meet him at 1:00. What time is it?" I spoke, to which Draco looked down to his watch. "It's 2am." Draco read out, causing me to curse once more.

"I got to go," I said, causing Draco to furrow his eyebrows in confusion. "Alright" Draco said, turning his gaze back to the sky ahead of us.

"I'll see you in detention, later on?" I asked, to which Draco nodded his head, though didn't speak any further.

So, with nothing to hold me up, I raced towards the stairs before quickly descending down them. And finally, being met with the silence of the unoccupied halls.

All of which where shimmering in the orange light that beamed from the torches that hung from the ceilings.

It all sort of created a beautiful canvas, one in which someone could get lost in. Though alas, I didn't have time to become distracted.

I quickly shook my head from my thoughts before beginning my walk to the Gryffindor towers, one in which I thankfully knew the password.

I guess all those times me and Harry met up in the Gryffindor towers truly made up for something.

I chuckled at my thoughts lightly as I almost passed the stairwell to the fat lady's portrait. Though Alas, I caught myself before I could and turned in that direction.

I sighed exasperatedly before making my way up each step one at a time and finally, reaching the stairwell I had desired to reach.

"Caput Draconis" I spoke clearly, to which the fat lady gave me a skeptical look though, still opened the portrait for me.

So, with no further blockage in my way I stepped though the portrait and finally arrived at the Gryffindor common room, whereupon I was met with the sight of Harry. Sitting on the couch alone.

"Harry.." I spoke softly, immensely causing Harry's head to snap in my direction. "Where were you?" Harry asked, a disapproving look on his face.

"I'm sorry, I lost track of time I r-" I began, though alas, I was soon to be cut off by Harry. "That doesn't answer my question, where were you?" Harry repeated his self, to which I sighed longingly.

"In the Slytherin common room. Where I told you I would be" I answered, although it wasn't fully true. It wasn't fully a lie either.

"So you ditched me for some party?" Asked Harry, a shake to his head. "Harry, I told you this already. I lost track of time. I'm really sorry I didn't mean to" I spoke carefully as I made my way over to the boy and finally, took a seat beside him.

"It's fine," Harry said, though it sounded as though he where trying to convince himself more than anyone. "It's not a big deal" he added, before a long sigh escaped his lips.

"What did Sirius say?" I asked, utter curiosity laced within the contents of my voice. "Well, I told him the truth, he wanted to hear it for himself. He said he knew I wouldn't enter my name into the goblet" Harry began, to which I nodded along.

"He then asked about the dream that we had, and weirdly enough. He asked about the man I had failed to identify. I suppose you can't either?" Asked Harry.
