Vampires vs Assassins

Chapter 3

Irene's POV

 

"You've got to be kidding me.. Ja!! Why do we have to let these two come with us!"

Napatakip ako sa tenga ko dahil sa malakas na sigaw ni rian. Well, nandito kame sa cafeteria.. Kasama yung dalawa. Si lemuel at dylan.

Napaka straight forward talaga ni rian minsan no?

"Oh, come on ms. sebastian don't be like that."

"Shut up. Mr. roxas."

Oh yeah. Kanina pa yang dalawang yan simula nang ipakilala ko sila sa isa't isa nagsimula na sila mag asaran. I don't know what's up with these two.

"Did you miss me?"

Kinilabutan naman ako nang magsalita siya. Ugh! Bat ba kasi nakakakilabot yung kalmado niyang boses?

"W-Why would i?"

Napangisi siya at nagkibit balikat. Isa pa ito na weirdo eh. Hmp. Napapalibutan na ako ng mga weird na tao.

"I don't know. Im not you so I don't know what you feel."

"Yeah right. That's impossible you're a —Joking.. Im not going to say anything really.."

Jeez, hindi ba pwede makipagbiruan ngayon sa bampira? Kumain nalang ako at hindi na siya kinausap.

"Oh come on, ms. Sebastian. Don't deny it."

"Im absolutely not denying anything, mr. roxas!"

"Then what do you think your doing? Your are ABSOLUTELY denying it."

"I think im telling the truth!"

"Will the both of you shut up."

It wasn't a command nor a will. It was an order na agad namang sinunod ng dalawa. Aba sino ba naman di susunod sa lalaking ito? Kalmado nga ang boses halata naman na may hindi magandang mangyayari kapag hindi nila sinunod si lemuel.

"Anyway~ Ri, stop complaining. They're... Harmless" .. They're? It should only be dylan. Since he's a normal human. Unlike lemuel who's a vampire.

"Like I have a choice.. But pwede pang si lemuel eh! But this.." sabay turo kay dylan na susubo sana ng pasta pero naudlot dahil sa pagturo sa kaniya ni rian. ".. Can you make this stay away from me?!"

"Yah, like what irene said. Im.. HARMLESS, towards people that is.. But since I don't treat you as one consider me harmful to you. And this! Have a name and it's dylan"

"Jerk! I don't care about your stupid name!!"

"So you only care about my surname?" Pang aar na sabi ni dylan habang taas baba ang kilay.

"The heck are you talking about?"

"Nothing."

There they go again. But this is weird though, normally for rian hindi siya yung klase ng tao na patuloy na makikipag asaran sa isang kakakilala lang na tao. Pero eto siya, nakikipag asaran kay dylan.

"Tsk."

Tumayo si lemuel at lumabas ng cafeteria. One thing im sure about.. Ayaw niya sa maiingay.

Lemuel's  POV

Pagkaalis ko ng cafeteria tumambay ako sa ilalim ng puno kung saan walang araw. Damn. Oras talaga na makuha ko ang bagay na yun hindi ko na kailangan pang umiwas ng umiwas sa araw.

"Bakit ba napaka init dito sa pilipinas?"

"Because it's a tropical country."

Napangisi ako at tiningnan siya na nakapout ngayon

"Hindi ka man lang nagulat?"

"I can smell you scent. So why would i?"

Umupo nalang siya sa tabi ko ng walang salita. To be honest I never really imagined she will be my classmate. And.. that she will be so damn beautiful hindi ko naman kasi masiyado nakita itsura niya noon dahil gabi na..

"Something wrong?"

"None."

I can feel it. She's is somehow afraid of me. Evertime I speak, is it because ofmy calm and low voice? Is it scaring her?

"Why did you follow me here?" I asked. Naramdaman ko naman ang pagtingin nito sakin kahit nakapikit ako.

"I thought your sleeping."

"We don't sleep. Just a nap that's all."

"So.. if I talk to you while your napping you can hear what I'll say?"

Really? Does this girl never ran out of questions?

"Yes. But since im a one of a kind vampire I also sleep. "

"Eh? But you said that—" Pinutol ko ang sasabihin niya.

"I did say that but like what I said. Im one of a kind." Magtatanong pa sana siya kaso iniharang ko ang palad ko sa mukha niya.

 "Stop! That's enough information for now."

Kapag dumami pa ang impormasyon na malalaman niya tungkol samin who knows what will happen to her. Tsk. This will be troublesome.
