chapter 19

A few of the girls were in the cabin,busy chattering away,I stepped out heading towards the cafeteria,I wasn't really hungry, the weather seemed weird and off today because one second its raining cat and dogs and the next the sun is kissing my skin,I got to the cafeteria in no time,a few of the guys were there including Eddy and ralph and in no time Lisa walked in with Mark heading to the snack rack I grabbed a bag of chips and a can of Pepsi and off I went to a very peaceful place to be alone.
Within a few minutes I was were I wanted to be even tho earlier in the morning I didn't really want to be here but now its different, I was sitting in the middle of the trees pulling out my snacks and munching on it,I felt at peace just sitting there,taking in fresh air,the sound of the wind moving swiftly amidst of the trees and the sound of the waves was like music to my ears,the sight of the waters rising and falling was a pleasing sight to take in.
I felt someone sit beside me but I didn't turn to see who so I kept staring at the view ahead of me and the person seemed to do the same

"Its beautiful,ain't it" the person said
It was him,I turned and it was Eddy and I just stared at him,he seemed to make the scenery perfect

"Yea it is" I said turning back to the ocean

Edwin's POV
I waited for her in the cafeteria, she seems interesting and not how you guys probably think,she is just different and I keep thinking about her. She walked in moments later looking lovely,picking up a few snacks before leaving .
I was curious and so I followed her,more like stalking her,when did I become such a creep I thought to myself,we both got to the beach and she didn't notice me,I could be a fucking CIA agent or even work with the FBIs I said to myself,she was soaking in her environment, I couldn't just stare at her from far,I wanted to talk so I gathered courage and sat beside her. She didn't acknowledge my presence at first but she knew someone was her because she shifted a little

"Its beautiful,ain't it" I said breaking the silence
She turned towards me staring and I couldn't help but notice how cute she looked upclose

"Yeah,it is" she said turning her attention back to the ocean

"Everything is in perfect sych" I continued

She bent down to pull of her shoes and was now headed towards the ocean stopping a few feet's close to the shoreline and I was with her all the way

"So,why are you here" I asked and she gave me a puzzled look
"I mean in camp Christ" I clarified

"Umm....my mum thought it necessary" she blankly said

"How about you,why are you here" she asked

"To find peace and I thought been here would be perfect" I said playing with the sand with me toes

"Find peace?_,sound like your running from something" she said looking at me

"No not really,I just feel like something is missing" I said staring back at her
She broke her graze away and I was now staring at the ground and I noticed a beautiful shell with streaks of blue on it
"Its beautiful" she said and an idea popped to my head
