"Wait, so if you're a ghoul, how did you get permission to leave the church?" You were currently sitting in the lounge area of the band room. Talking with Cirrus, Cumulus, and Sunshine. Rain and Mountain, the name of the tall ghoul you had learned, were also there but were reading over by the book shelf. When Sunshine asked a question that she was thinking about. "I'm sorry, that came out a little blunt.."

Softly laughing, you tell her that she's fine and go on to give her an answer. "I was summoned here when I was only a baby, so Sister Imperator and Papa Nihil helped raise me. Being in the church and growing up around all this was amazing, then I met Copia and my peace was gone." Fake sniffling and joking around, you continue. "We grew up together, I honestly wouldn't ask for anything different. But when I was sixteen Sister asked for a favor. Which was when I was sent off to manage the relations between the church and other religions. To which I did for ten years, but now I'm back and the bands' new manager."

After a while the conversation moved on to many different things, and when it came time for dinner the ghoulettes invited you to join them. To which you obviously accepted. Grabbing your phone, you got up with them and follow along off to the dinning hall.

After Dinner :

You're in your room getting ready for bed since you just got out of the shower. Everyone in the band is honestly super kind, maybe a little chaotic at times but then again so is Copia. The only person you haven't really spoken with was Rain, but he seems like a sweet kid. Not that he's really a kid, the guys twenty two. But he's the youngest out of everyone so he's a kid to you.

Your train of thought being broken by a soft knock at the door. Confused as to who would be knocking on your door at this time, you walk over to open it. When you do, you're met with none other than the tallest ghoul you know. "Mountain? Can I help you with anything?" You quiz out, realizing that he seems slightly nervous.

"Uh no, I actually came here to return this back to you. You left it in the band room when you went for dinner. I was going to stop by earlier, but I didn't know if you were back yet." He spoke softly, probably not wanting to disturb those around that were sleeping. Not that there really are many left in this hallway, most of them got sent back to hell for being too aggressive. Fun times.

Looking down to see what he's holding out for you to take, you come to realize it's your journal and pen. How could you forget that of all things? "Oh my satans, thank you. I'm not sure how I could forget that." Laughing as you take the items back from the tall ghoul. "Wouldn't survive without my drawings."

This earning a short question from the ghoul stood in front of you. "You draw?"

"Hm? Yeah, nothing crazy though. Mainly just to help keep the ideas for if I decide I want to paint. Helps when I'm not in my room." Noticing the questioning look on his face, you decide to do something you hopefully won't regret later. "Would you like to see some of them? They're just in my work room, it shouldn't take too long if you do."

Seeming happy, but a little hesitant, to take you up on your offer, he finally caved. "Right this way then sir." You jokingly spoke as you walked farther into your room and over to the door that was connected to your office space.

Your office consisted of a shit ton of canvases. Some blank, some partially colored with paint, some finished, and some that only had sketches drawn out on them. A black sofa and armchair sat in the corner of the room with a couple throw blankets tossed over the top in a neat manner. Next to the sofa and chair, was a sketching table with a bunch of colored and non colored pencils sitting in organized cups on the side dish panel. And lastly next to the table was where your easel and tall stool chair stood.

Your easel didn't stand empty though. In it, was a halfway finished painting of a woman standing in front of the windows during a sunset, wearing a flowy white dress. "You painted all these?" Came the question from behind you. Turning around to say yes, you see Mountain standing there staring at the paintings that were either hung on the wall or set stacked together on the floor.

"Yeah, I try to sell the ones that I don't want anymore. Better to let someone else have it than to keep it and have it collect dust. Which is ironic because I haven't been in here for about a decade." Lightly scoffing at what you said, you move over to the painting that's sat snuggly on the easel. "Shame I never got to finish this one, in my opinion it was one of my best."

"Then why not finish it?" Had you turning around, and staring at the tall ghoul who had just spoken.

Chuckling you reply, "I'm not as good as I was then. Didn't really have enough time to paint and keep the talent I had when I was working. It would probably be horrendous if I tried to finish it."

"Well you'll never know till the day you decide to try." Thinking about what he said, you decide he's right.

"You know what, it couldn't hurt to try I guess. Want to watch? Not that it'll really be entertaining to-"

Being cut off by his response, you give him a genuine smile when he finishes. "I would be honored to watch."

"Well then, make yourself at home Mr. Lofty" You say, making the both of you chuckle as you each take a seat. Him on the couch and you on the spiny easel stool. Gathering the paints you need, you begin to try and finish the painting that's sat in front of you with the tall Earth ghoul watching as you work.

This is what I was using for a reference to describe her painting that was still in progress, I am aware I did not do it justice in describing it lol. The painting is called "Glory", and it's painted by Daniel Gerhartz.
