joshua and jeonghan just moved into their new house right by their other friends' houses. the couple started unpacking their luggage. joshua was enjoying the place while jeonghan wasn't really enjoying it. he had been hiding something from joshua, it happened when he was a kid.

"isn't it beautiful here hannie?" joshua went outside and sat at the swings that they have. "yeah, it is." he nervously said. joshua patted the swing next to him. "come here, hannie. sit here with me." he obeyed and sat at the swing.

"are you okay hannie? you look a little bit nervous. did something happen?" he noticed the change in the older's actions, stiffening up when joshua mentioned the house. "yeah, everything's fine. i just miss our old house back there. we had so many memories there from when we were younger. it's hard to leave it." he lied, not about missing the house, because he did miss their old house, but he lied about everything being alright.

"if you say so. just so you know, you can tell me anything, remember that. if you really don't want to share it with me, you don't have to. i'm not forcing you." he stood up and went to jeonghan, hugging him. the older felt comfort and warmth from joshua.

"thanks shua. i'm sorry that i can't tell you yet." he burried his head deeper into the hug. "it's fine hannie. there's a reason why you're not telling. if it's too hard for you, you don't need to, i understand." jeonghan just nodded his head, loving the warmth that he felt.

"can we go inside shua?" he lifted up his head, eyes meeting with the younger's sparkly, doe eyes. "of course. we can cuddle in bed. come on." jeonghan stood up, getting startled as joshua picked him up, carrying him bridal style. he blushed at the actions of the younger.

he brought him up to there room, carefully putting him down on the bed, laying down beside him. "come here hannie!" he opened up his arms, jeonghan scooted closer to joshua, burying his head into the younger's chest. "take a nap hannie. you need to rest." he soon heard soft snores coming from tje younger, his breathing became slow.

"goodnight hannie!" he kisses the top of his head.

"hannie, hannie, hannie, wake up!" he shook jeonghan, the older sitting up, breathing heavily. "what happened hannie? you were screaming stop it to someone. was it a nightmare?" he nodded his head. "do you want to tell me about it." he nodded his head again.

"it wa-was my uncle. he was threa-threatening to hit me if i didn't obey him. i had to do gross stuff for him, letting him do whatever he wants to me, pleasing him." joshua hugged jeonghan. "it's okay hannie, it was just a nightmare." little did he know. "no, it wasn't just a nightmare. it actually happened, it was when i was younger."

"it happened! was it your uncle too?" he nodded his head. "he raped me, abused me, and even threatened to kill me when i was younger if i didn't obey him." joshua kept comforting jeonghan as be kept crying in his chest.

"it had happened in this neighborhood. that's why i was acting weird earlier when we were talking about the house. i remembered what he did to me." he kept crying on joshua's chest, the shirt becoming wet but joshua didn't care.

"it's okay, he won't hurt you anymore. i'm with you now. i won't let anything happen to you. i will protect you with my heart, i swear." he looked up at joshua. "i know you will." joshua gave him a short kiss on the lips.

"let's go to sleep now. i'll be by your side the whole time, you won't be alone, i promise." he kissed the top of his head and hugged the older. they layed down, getting all comfortable under the cozy blanket. the older soon fell asleep while joshua was still awake.

"i will never let anyone touch you! you're too precious for this cruel world, i don't deserve you nor does anyone else."
