"jeonghan you have till midnight, you do know that right?" seungcheol asked him. jeonghan being the person he is, didn't understand what the older meant. "till midnight for what?" he asked confused. seungcheol mentally face palmed himself. "you have till midnight before joshua leaves for america. you only have a few hours. so if you want to confess to him, you gotta do it now." seungcheol warned jeonghan. why didn't he hear this before? if it wasn't for seungcheol, jeonghan would have been confused in where joshua was..

"should i confess?" seungcheol whispered something that jeonghan couldn't understand. "yes, you should. if you do, it might change shua's mind and he'll stay here in korea!" seungcheol excitedly said the last part. he didn't want his friend to go to america but he couldn't control the choices or actions of the younger. but maybe a certain someone will change his mind. "what if he still wants to move away?" jeonghan asked. he didn't want to confess to his crush just for nothing. what if he doesn't feel the same and still wants to leave. "trust me jeonghan, he won't leave once he hears it coming from your mouth. just confess, nothing bad will come out of it."

he was tired of seeing jeonghan crushing on joshua and not making any moves to even get together with him. he just stayed back and watched the younger from the shadows. yet, the younger always managed to notice him and the smallest things that he did. the small gestures, cute mistakes, he noticed those when jeonghan did them, not for other people.

"how are you so sure about it?" he asked the older who seemed certain of joshua not leaving. "i- i don't know, i'm just sure of it." jeonghan laughed at thw stutter. "yeah, sure. and you don't even know if he'll stay or not." seungcheol came closer to jeonghan. "i may not be sure about that, but i'm sure about one thing, you love joshua. if you don't do this now, you're never gonna have the chance to ever confess. so doing this now is better than never. this might be the last time you'll ever see him jeonghan, make sure to not waste the moment." with that, seungcheol left to go to his own room, texting his own boyfriend, lee chan. jeonghan was left there, on the couch, lost in his own thoughts.

"should i confess to joshua? what if i gets
rejected though? that would make me heartbroken, i've already been heartbroken enough. one more, then my heart will actuslly shatter into a million pieces." he quietly said to himself.

jeonghan's bestfriend, seungcheol, and joshua's bestfriend, hansol, are now sitting in hansol's living room, talking about their bestfriends. "do you know why joshua is leaving sol?" seungcheol asked. since the two were reslly good friends, it would be normal for hansol to know. "i do but i was told not to tell anyone. i'm sorry! i just don't want to break his trust." seungcheol understood. "can you atleast tell me of it's for emergency reasons or just for the sake himself."

"it's for the sake of himself. he believes that doing this is better for him." hansol thought about the first time he heard this from joshua. he was shocked at the news. he even cried, he didn't want joshua to leave. his bestfriend of twelve years would be leaving.  but he then understood when joshua told him the reason. he too, believed that it would be better for joshua. "that's good to know!" seungcheol exclaimed. "can i ask you something sol?"

"what is it hyung?" he lifted uo his head, fixing his position to feel more comfortable. "how long is joshua's leave? will be ever come back here?" that was something seungcheol needed to know. for his bestfriend, that information was valuable and needed right now. "he won't come abck hyung. if you want to see him in real life, you'd need to contact him and fly all the way to la. that's the only way." hansol thought about it for a second. "actually, you could also meet somewhere else, like japan, china, those countries are fine since they're not korea. any county other than korea is fine to meet him at. that's what je said anyways."

"thank you for telling me!" he checked the time on his phone. it was ten pm already. "shit! i need to tell jeonghan!" he quietly said to himself. he went to open up his chat with jeonghan.

jeonghan headed to the airport. it was just a few minutes before midnight. he needed to hurry if he wanted to still see joshua. he parked his car and headed inside. he searched the place. there were so many people there. how will he find joshua?
he waited by the entrance just incase he'll randomly see joshua come in. it was ten minutes before midnight. "did he already leave?" jeonghan asked himself. with five minutes of waiting, he lost hope and was about to leave until he saw a familiar person walking in. it was joshua. he came running to the younger. he was surprised to see jeonghan there. "jeonghan, what are you doing here?" he asked the older. "i'm here to tell you something." he let go of his suitcase, listening to the older.

"this might be the last time we'll see eachother again so i'll tell you this. joshua, i love you.  i love you more than a friend. i know you might not feel the same as me, and that's okay. you don't ha-" he got interrupted with soft lips colliding with his. joshua pulled away from the kiss after a few seconds. "i love you too hannie!" jeonghan was frozen in shock. the joshua hong just kissed him.

"does that mean you're not leaving for america?" he asked joshua. "i'm not. why should i move there when now i have everything i want?" he kissed jeonghan again.
