jeonghan was in class, all the way at the back, on his phone while his processor was teaching. some of his friends were sitting at the back too, on their phones. exactly like jeonghan. they would usually text each other. that's why they preferred to sit at the back.

right now, jeonghan was looking at his favorite idol, joshua hong's, instagram. he posted pictures around different countries since he was on tour. the thought of being stuck in class while other's got to see joshua made him feel sick and furious.

he has been a fan of joshua since he debuted. he debuted in 2015, about 4 years sonce he started stanning him. during that time, he never went to one of his concerts. he was broke and never got to afford a ticket. even though he didn't have money, he still bought the lightstick. buying it was kind of dumb to him since he couldn't even use it for a concert.

other than the lightstick, he also managed to buy his albums. everytime joshua released an album, jeonghan bought it. every version of that album was with him, sitting comfortably beside the rest of his albums. it nevet felt like he was wasting his money. happiness was the most important thing to him, so, he continued to use his money on joshua since those were what made him happy.

jeonghan was fazing out, not even knowing that class ended. "jeonghan! jeonghan!" his friend, seungcheol shook him. "class us over you idiot. you were fazing out the whole time." he apologized and seungcheol laughed at it. "since when do you apologize?" shocking to him and everyone that knew jeonghan. that guy never apologized for anything. "since i found out that joshua is going to have a concert here and i'm not gonna be able to go since i can't afford it. that's when i started apologizing, today. seungcheol was amused. that's how much of an impact joshua did to jeonghan. he even changed him as a person at times. "not gonna lie, i like this side of you better than the side of you where you lie all the time." they started heading to the door, there were no people. they must have been really late.

usually, people would be seen shoving whoever was there just to finally leave tha e school. seeing no one there surprised the two. "i guess we stayed there for a while." they both continued talking until they reached jeonghan's street. "i'm gonna see you tomorrow, bye cheol!" he waved to him as he walked away. "bye han!" the older waved back. the two parted ways, jeonghan heading into his house, seungcheol walking to his. lucky for him, they lived near each other.

jeonghan quickly went into his room right when he got in, leaving his mother confused. he took off his backpack, falling back onto the bed. "jeonghan!" she called out to him. "yes eomma?" he asnwered back. "come down here." he got up and when downstairs to mom. she was making some soup. "what is it eomma?" she put the spoon down at the side to talk to her son. "why are you in such a hurry?"

"to look at something." he slowly put his head down. focusing his gaze on the carpet floor. "is it joshua again?" he nodded his head. "look, i'm sorry that we can't afford to get you tickets to his concert. maybe next time." he loved the fact that his mom supported him for liking joshua.

she knew that her son spent his money on albums and lightstick. she didn't really care since it was his hard owned money that he was using. she tried to get him tickets but failed due to the ammount of money they have. "it's okay eomma! if i was just being careful with my money and saved it uo for a ticket, i could've gone. if i can't go to the concert, it's my fault, not yours." he reassured her. "i know, i just feel bad. i can't get you what you've always wanted." he felt bad. "it's fine. i can use my own money to get what i want. you should be spending your money on yourself, not on me." she hugged him.

"you've really grown jeonghan. you've grown into a wonderful man. last time i remember, you were this short." she out her hand away from the floor, making it look like three feet. "it's all thanks to the wonderful person who raised me." he gave his mom a kiss on the cheek. "i love you jeonghan!" "i love you too eomma!"
