This poem is about a person who doesn't know if they are asleep or awake, so they become lost. They feel confused and isolated in a world that doesn't match their expectations or desires.

Am I asleep or am I awake?

I can't tell the difference anymore

The dreams and the reality blur together

In a haze of confusion and doubt

I wander through the streets and the fields

But I don't know where I'm going or why

I see familiar faces and places

But they don't seem to recognize me

I try to speak but no one hears me

I try to listen but no one speaks to me

I feel alone and isolated

In a world that doesn't make sense

Is this a nightmare or a fantasy?

Is this a curse or a blessing?

Is this my life or someone else's?

I don't know who I am anymore.
