Chapter Eleven: Floor 10 (Hollow Bastion)/Arrival of Marluxia

Floor 9 Exit/Floor 10 Enter...............................................(910)

Darcey, Faith, Twitchy, Jiminy, Donald, and Goofy enter the Ninth Floor Exit Hall. They look around for Amanda but she isn't there, as they were excepting her, just in case for another battle or has more insults and accusations at her. Everyone wondered where she was. Faith and Twitchy tried sniffing around to track her scent but no luck she wasn't here. Donald asks "Where'd Amanda go?". Goofy told Darcey "Guess she must've finally got tired of fightin' with ya, or has no accusations to throw at you." Darcey replied "I sure hope so. Her accusations have been striking me in my heart many times, I hope my heart will be ready for it." Jiminy agreed with her "Well said Darce, but we gotta be aware of what traps she might have set for you. Just in case.". Everyone nodded in agreement, Twitchy licked Goofy a few times making him laugh, his famous laugh. This put a smiles on everyone's faces as they leave the Exit Hall to get onto the next floor.

The scene switches to Axel, Larxene, and Vexen in the castle's crystal ball/meeting room. Silence filled the room, waiting for their next plan of action. However, Larxene was impatient and broke the silence, and asked "So what's going on, Vexen? Your Amanda was supposed to counter Darcey. What's she waiting for? Where is she?". Vexen doesn't reply, but gets very angry and ticked off at Larxene. Axel answered for her, due to Vexen's annoyance and said "She's hiding somewhere to lure Darcey deeper into the castle, right? I suppose we should just leave it at that, you know.". Larxene caught on and mocked Vexen to her own amusement "A-ha! Oh, I see now! I would have never guessed that. So sorry, Vexen." Vexen snapped at her in anger "Silence!". That didn't scare Larxene one inch, she scoffed it off and said "Predictable response. Forget it. Men without hearts are so boring.". Vexen argued "You're one to talk. As if you have such a heart to speak of yourself.". Before anyone could argue back, they were interrupted. The mysterious hooded man interjected "That's enough.". The hooded man from the start of the journey appears in the room.

They all recognised him, Vexen cried out "Marluxia!". As the man takes his hood off and reveals his pink hair, while pink petals fly around. Marluxia wears the basic Organization uniform of a black cloak, black boots, and black gloves. His hair is shoulder-length and rose pink with ruffles, he has blue eyes. Marluxia pointed out their progress "Vexen, the simple fact is that your project was a failure. You'd best not disappoint us again.". This greatly offended Vexen, as he snapped "Disappoint YOU? You go too far! In this Organization, you're No. 11! I'm No. 4 and I will not have you— " Vexen gasps, as Marluxia stops him from talking, as he points his scythe at Vexen. Marluxia coldly reminds him "I've been entrusted this castle and Phoenix by our leader, the First Order and our allies. Defying me will be seen as treason against the Organization.". Axel remembered " Traitors are eliminated." I believe that's what the rules say." Larxene just scoffed "Who needs a half-baked good-for-nothing, anyway?" She clearly meant Vexen in an insulating tone. Vexen just grunted "Ng..." Marluxia reminded Vexen about Darcey "Vexen, you cannot win against Darcey Skywalker. Remember, she's very strong with the Force, she has her parent's blood running inside her veins. We need to make her believe that she's the lost apprentice of the Sith, destined to be Kylo Ren's successor." Vexen didn't seem threatened and remarked "Pity to be so ignorant. As you're only able to see the surface of things, I should not expect you to appreciate my true might." Marluxia was surprised "Oh?" Marluxia de-summons his scythe, "Then let us watch as you prove it.". Vexen asks in surprise "What?". Marluxia gloated "None of us wishes to be suspicious of a comrade.". Vexen rebuffed "Your insincerity is comforting." This proves so, as he disappears in a dark corridor. Axel realised something and said "You give a challenge like that to Vexen and he'll seriously want to eliminate Darcey." Marluxia simply replied "That would be an unfortunate denouement." Marluxia walks over to Phoenix and places his hand on his shoulder. Marluxia asks the scarred boy "What to do? Your little heroine is soon to be wiped from existence. But I believe there is a certain promise that she made you. Isn't that right, Phoenix?". Phoenix fearfully replied "Yes. She did.". But inside of him, he was feeling guilty of the pain Darcey is going through. He only hoped that Donald, Goofy, Jiminy, Twitchy and Faith will keep her safe away from the pain.
