4 - "Oh no we're not going to take them down"

Sunny slowly opens his eyes looking around for a second, eyes squinting; adjusting to the light, until he sets his eyes on me. I smile lightly before finally saying something

"Look who's finally awake" I raise an eyebrow
"How long was I out?" He asks his voice sounding a little hoarse
"Around a day" he sits up quickly getting a head rush before laying back down again "try again but this time slower" he does so and swings his legs around to sit on the sofa his head in his hands.

The door creaks open loudly, we both look to see who it is
"Blake" Sunny grabs her full attention
"Don't Sun" she raises a hand "this is why" i eye them both trying to figure out whether to leave or not
"Why what?" He asks really confused
"I don't want to be the cause of my friends pain" Blake comes fully in the room sitting down gesturing to his injury "that's why I left them and why you shouldn't have followed us"
"You aren't responsible for what your friends do, if we choose to help you that's our choice."
"Look what happened to you Sun" she raises her voice slightly, I just sit fidgeting with my fingers feeling incredibly uncomfortable
"Yeah your old friend got a good hit on me but I wouldn't change what I did for anything, because I did it for you, both of you, to protect you both, to have your backs. That's why I followed you to the boat as well. You don't need to do everything alone" he pauses "but if it makes you both feel better next time I go up against her it won't be for the two of you it'll be to get even" he points at himself and flinches at the pain the movement causes
"My hero" Blake smiles at him and I roll my eyes when we hear a thud.

We all turn to look at the door to see mums fallen through it
"Mum!" We both exclaim
"Oh look he's awake!" She gets up quickly dusting herself off smiling sheepishly
"Kali please" dad places his head in his hands
"Hey Mrs B" Sun waves awkwardly.

We all fall into an awful, very uneasy silence when I notice my dad fidgeting and swaying on his feet a little, like I do when I'm trying to hide something.

"What is it?" I notice my mums also looking hesitant
My dad pulls the scroll we took from Ilia out of his pocket and walks over to his desk, we all join him there waiting for him to say something. He takes a deep breathe,

"You were right to be concerned about the White Fang, it would seem that Adam and Crimson plan to overthrow Sienna Kahn"
"What?!" I ask loudly hoping I'd heard him wrong
"That's not all" dad continues "it seems they're not stopping at the fall of Beacon"
"What?" Blake questions this time
"There next target is Haven academy in Mistral" I am aware that I keep opening and closing my mouth like a fish but I can't put into words how I feel about this.

"We need to take down the White Fang" Dad announces eventually and mum nods agreeing along with Sunny
"Oh no we're not going to take them down" i start
"We're going to take it back" Blake finishes and I see the determination I'm feeling reflected in her eyes. We both look towards the others in the room to see there looking a little worried but impressed.

I will seek revenge on Crimson for Lavender if it's the last thing I do.
