Once the team arrives we all pile on sitting in little groups, me sitting with my sister, after the 'excitement' of greeting each other I am hoping for some quiet
"Do you think we'll see them again?" Blake asks still facing the front with a vacant expression
"Who?" I return, any remnants of a quiet journey back dissipating it's place
"Adam and........" she starts, I roll my eyes seeing where this is going
"And Crimson?" I finish, she hums in agreement "I see them all the time" I state void of emotion
"Huh?"
"In my nightmares" I turn to her, she rolls her eyes and sighs
"I mean really see them" she reiterates
"Don't know, don't care" I shrug
"Really?" I turn towards her fully
"What's the point in worrying about it when it may never happen?"
"I'm not worried" I raise my eyebrow "I just want us to be prepared" she eyes me "and you've been known to......."
"To what?" Curiosity clear in my voice
"Give into him" she pauses as my eyes widen in horror "I don't mean it like that, I just think you perhaps still care about him a little and....."
"And what you think I'll choose him over you, are you mental?!" My voice raises a little but seeing people turn our way I mouth 'sorry' and lower my voice again "you think I would?" I ask incredulously
"Of course not, sisters before misters" I smile at the sentiment "I just wonder if you had to, would you?"
"Be able to stop him, fight him, maybe even kill him?" I specify, she nods "after what he did to Lav, wouldn't be a problem"
"Really?"
"Yep" I nod firmly "you think you could?"
"Adam?"
"Mhm"
"I think so"
"You don't sound very sure"
"I am"
"If you say so"
"Do you think they would try to kill us?" She asks after a while, though it sounds like she doesn't actually want to know
"I think Adam would kill anyone to be the one to end me" her eyes widen in surprise "in your case, I don't think he'd kill you, hurt you maybe but kill you, I doubt it" I pause "Crimson......I think he'd kill everyone around me to punish me before killing me, maybe" I shrug, Blake's silent
"This is our stop" Ren taps Blake on the shoulder and we follow them off in silence.
"Which sister are we staying with Jaune?" Little Rose's voice sounds from the front of the group
"My eldest sister Saffron" he mumbles
After a short walk we arrive outside a decent looking house where a woman opens the door, and boy can you tell she's Jaune's sister.
If the blonde wavy hair wasn't enough to convince me or if the same blue eyes didn't give it away the way she opens the door and excitedly greets everyone with a massive smile and a twinkle in her eyes would.
