"Your life must have changed dramatically, how does it feel to know that by this time next year, your album will be out for people to buy?" The interviewer asked, genuinely seeming interested...but I guess they have to have some interest, after all it is their job. "Its crazy, this time last year I was sitting my GCSEs and to think that a year later I'm doing what I thought was near impossible for me is amazing. It's all thanks to the Stereo Kicks boys and my fans, without them none of this would have been possible." I smiled, talking into the microphone.
"Ahh, that's so sweet. Speaking of GCSEs, what did you get?" The woman asked. "I got 2 A*s, 6 As and 3 Bs. I wanted to make sure I concentrated on my education first before I did anything to do with music and achieving my dreams, Although I did balance gigs and making YouTube Covers with my school work." I explained. "Wow, so you've got brains, a lovely voice and your beautiful. You've got it all going on." The woman smiled sweetly. "Aww, thank you." I smiled.
"How is it now that Stereo Kicks are literally like your brothers and one of them is your boyfriend?" She questioned. "Its amazing having 8 different personalities and just 8 completely different people who you can yet relate to so much. Its literally like having an extended family, we all get on so well and I can't imagine life without them." I smiled. "You are so cute! Thank you so much for coming on the show today Millie, its been amazing talking to you." She said (I think her name was Tasha). "Thank you for having me." I smiled again. "We wish you luck for you future, we know you're going to do great, Millie Jones everybody." Tasha (I think) said. "Thank you." I said, one last time as the camera stopped recording.
After the interview, I had some individual photo shoots, some photo shoots with the boys and a photo shoot with just me and Reece, so I met the boys at the studio where the photo shoots were taking place. Inside the studio there was quite a lot of people which automatically made me panic and I think Reece noticed. "You alright Millie?" He asked, worried. "Yeah, there's just a lot of people here and I'm a bit nervous." I said, looking around. "Just be yourself and be calm. There's no need to worry." Reece smiled, which slightly reassured me.
Maybe this wasn't going to be so bad after all. Inside there was different clothes for me and the boys for different photos. We were told that these photos would most likely go in magazines, newspapers and just for us to use them for things like our twitter pictures, but the boys and me were also doing photo shoots for our single covers and I was doing mine for my album cover too, today was a very exciting day.
After doing my individual shots for the magazines and newspapers, I also did my individual shots for my single and album cover. After that I had my shots with the boys, we never take life too seriously...so most of the photos were ones of us being stupid, winding each other up and just laughing, then we had to do some more serious ones. Then it was my time to do my photo shoot with Reece, I wasn't going to lie and say I wasn't nervous because I was but I didn't know why.
Just act normal and calm down...the thought of everyone staring at me and Reece by ourselves made me nervous more than anything, it felt as if everyone in the room was judging us apart from the rest of the boys obviously. Me and Reece were told to do some silly ones like Reece giving me a piggy back and me giving Reece a piggy back too, then we got told to do some serious ones like me holding onto Reece's shoulder with my leg back and ones of me and Reece kissing each others cheek and one of Reece holding me bridal style whilst I held onto his neck and kissed his cheek.
Everyone had a lot of fun and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, I actually really enjoyed it...
