Luan Sol PoV

"Who is she?" my son asked while looking at Letticia.

The doctor said that she's just fine, she just passed out before of what I did. Honestly, I felt bad. Pinagalitan din ako ni mom nung sinundo ko si Blare kaya mas nakunsensya 'ko. So hindi matutuloy ang flight n'ya bukas dahil nakaadmit s'ya rito. Maybe I should just rebook her a flight in wherever she will go when she's already fine.

"Just someone I know" sagot ko.

"Someone you know? More likely your fling or something" napatingin ako sa kan'ya at agad na umirap.

Naglakad s'ya papunta doon sa kama at tahimik na tinitigan ang walang malay na si Letticia. More likely she's scanning her face.

"Approved" he suddenly said and smiled at me.

"Approved what?"

"I want her to be my mom. She looks pretty perfect for that title, don't bother looking at my real mom, this girl already enough as long as you have feelings for her"

"What the hell are you saying? I told you I don't have feelings for her" tinukod ko ang siko sa tuhod ko habang nakatitig sa kan'ya.

What the hell was that!? Saan naman n'ya nakuha ang sinabi n'ya? Such a useless statement-

"The way you stared at her when we enter, I saw it" he said in a calm voice before sitting in the chair near to her bed.

"What about that? Ofcourse you saw it, you have eyes don't you?"

"Stupid. I never seen you look at someone like that especially she's a girl and you brought her here so I assume-"

"I brought her here because I am feeling guilty, okay? No other reason"

"I know what I saw, motherfvcker kahit konti may spark mga mata mo nung tumingin ka sa kan'ya" sabi n'ya na ikinakunot ng noo ko.

Spark... that's impossible. I don't even like her, I don't, I fvcking don't. I bet he's only joking, imbento lang yang mga sinasabi n'ya.

"You choke her? May bakat ng kamay sa leeg n'ya oh, grabe 'di ka na naawa sa babae" he sarcastically said.

"Tsk enough with this shit, alas otso na anong oras mo balak umuwi?" I asked.

Sumandal ako sa sofa na inuupuan ko at nanatiling nakatingin sa kan'ya- sa kanila. I crossed my legs and put one of my hand in the armchair, I was holding a cup of coffee in the other hand.

"I don't know, ikaw ba? Doon ako sa bahay mo mag stay ngayong gabi, wala namang pake sa'kin yung magulang ni tita Bea at masyado rin silang busy kaya ayos lang naman" sabi nito na tinanguan ko naman.

"We can go now if you want. Masyadong toxic dito sa hospital" sabi ko.

He was afraid earlier nung dinala ko s'ya rito, akala yata ay s'ya ang magiging pasyente kaya inexplain ko pang may bibistahin lang kami.

Blare run to me when we heard a knock and the door suddenly open. A nurse came in.

Napatingin ako sa tabi ko nung bahagyang humawak sa braso ko si Blare habang nanatili ang tingin sa nurse na chineck ang lagay ni Letticia, mukang bahagya pa s'yang natakot lalo na nung tumingin ito rito.

"Sir, Doc Buenaventura wants to talk to you" ngiting sabi nung nurse na tinanguan ko naman. She's pertaining to Letticia's doctor which is also a friend of my parents.

Pagkatayo ko ay tumayo rin si Blare at humawak sa kamay ko. Nilapag ko ang kape sa coffee table at ngumiti sa anak ko, bahagya kong ginulo ang buhok n'ya bago higpitan ang hawak sa kamay nito.
