Screaming could be heard from the camp as Ajak came running over to them. Sersi was getting everyone safe as more deviants intruded.

"It's an ambush," Kingo screams as he shoots a plasma ball at a deviant, pushing it back, but pissing it off. The rest of the Academy ran towards Reina, hoping she would step up and be the leader she used to be.

"What are we going to do?" Allison asked as Reina looks around. She saw the Eternals getting bet and she knew they needed help. She had to step back into the role of leader for the first time in years.

"You got a plan captain?" Diego asked with a hint of fear in his voice. Closing her eyes for a split second before opening them again as her back straightened and her voice became strong and confident once more, giving the academy deja vu of old missions where she took the lead. Her strength and courage gave them strength and her intelligence and battle IQ were unmatched. It was funny that after all these years they all fell right back into their roles as a team without their father involved. They were a team again but this time, they could fight for what was right.

"Allison, help Sersi with getting these people to safety, make sure the camp is clear, no civilian should be on the battlefield. Luther, Diego, team up and fight to help anyone you can, make sure no deviant follows the civilians and be careful. Five teleport around and act as a distraction. Viktor, keep an eye from the sky, help who you can, and watch over everything, you're our lookout, call out places that need help so the rest can help." Reina fell right back into her old place as leader. It felt natural, not only for her but for the rest of the Academy. They were a team once again. This time not under their father's command but her own as the academy looked to her for guidance and the fear in their faces had morphed into confidence as Reina continued to lead.

"What about you?" Five asked. Right as he said that Reina looked at seeing one of the deviants flying about.

"The ones in the sky," Everyone looked to see what she meant. "It's mine," She said with a smile. With a nod from Reina everyone ran to their positions and Viktor flew off to the forest, Reina turned to Druig kissing him quickly. "Stay safe" Without another word she flew to the sky using her fire to propel her forward as she started to fight the deviant and Druig watched in awe seeing her fly around. So graceful. So strong. He was snapped out of his trance as gunshots were heard and he ran to aid the fight.

Fighting with the deviant in the sky until she touched her hand to its flesh. With one final screech and the last breath, the deviant turned to ice, plummeting from the sky into an empty field before shattering into a million pieces before she flew back to camp. She landed in front of another deviant who had Ikarus pinned to the floor as he tried to use his heat vision only for it not to reach it. She shot a fireball at it causing it to stumble back with a roar. Ikarus shot up from the ground and began to shoot it with his laser eyes "You got this?" Reina shouted.

"Yeah, thanks for the help"

"Just doing my job" With that Reina flew off into the wood as she flew past her siblings and the Eternals fighting side by side winning against the deviants. Flying off to the woods, She noticed Gilgamesh struggling and Thena staring off into the distance. Reina didn't know what was happening to her but she knew that she needed help but not in the way she could. Landing next to Giglimesh and blasting the deviant.

"Go take care of Thena, I got this one"

"Thank you" Reina nodded before turning back to the fight as she felt fire mixed with ice flood through her veins as her eyes glowed blue before turning red and her hair became even more vibrant. She felt it. She felt everything. She felt the heartbeats of the deviant, She felt the rumble on the ground as others fought. She felt the gunshots from the distance. She felt it all. She felt the world. And she was in complete control. Ice spread on the ground as the monster froze in place, as she sent a fireball to shatter it. After one last check that Gilgamesh and Thena were okay she went back to the center of the community. As she ran in, she saw the aftermath as the deviants were killed and she walked to see everyone safe. Druig ran to her before embracing her, not wanting to let go. She was okay, She was safe. She was alive. Pulling away they looked into each other's eyes before kissing once again.

"Don't scare me like that"

"I'm fine, I can handle myself."

"I know you can" Before they could say anything else Reina was swung across the field into a fountain. One deviant wasn't dead yet and it only had its eyes on Reina. As it jumped in after her, and dove into the fountain. Reina in a last act of desperation put her hand on the nose of the deviant before closing her eyes. When she felt no pain, her eyes opened expecting to see it frozen or burned to ash but she didn't. As she came out of the fountain back on to land, her eyes focused on what once was a deviant that now stood on 2 legs and looked at her in shock, Its eyes were once full of anger now full of fear and confusion. All others stood on the outskirts in shock at what they were seeing. The deviant had turned human. The deviant looked back at the girl as it kneeled before her.

"Wh-what are you doing?" Reina spoke as her voice shook more than she would have liked it to. "Who are you?"

"My name is Kro, I was a deviant." Its voice was strong yet shaky with an English accent.

"You were?"

"Yes, being a Deviant is a curse from Odin, but you have broken the curse, your majesty" He explained while pointing to the previous dead deviants that now were alive and looked human. As they all noticed her and kneeled.

"Your majesty?" Reina's questions just rose by the minute. Why were they cursed? Who is Odin? How did she break his curse? Why was he kneeling? Why did he call her your majesty? What is she missing?

"You don't remember, do you?" It spoke once again.

"What are you talking about?" Reina's nerves shot up. Was he trying to mess with her or was she really missing something from her life? Is that what the emptiness inside her was for all these years? Her mind wouldn't stop racing.

"I've said too much, I shall tell the others, and they can help you" With that, he was gone along with all the others as if they vanished in thin air. Who were they getting? What was she missing?
