"Your girlfriend is here".

The ball rolled was then trapped between Sunwoo's feet, immediately he found for Bomin's eyes hoping that he was just joking.

But he was not. Chinning towards a direction, Sunwoo trailed his gaze to where it stopped.

He was furious upon spotting Kim Haeun was jogging towards him across the field. Her high ponytail moved along with her cute steps and unknowingly had melted his heart.

But, anger was then consuming him a lot.

"Don't run!" his feet dragged him towards the demeanor who was still moving.

"Sunwoo!" she giggled, halting herself right in front of the boy who had prepared beforehand to catch her. She managed to stand on her own feet but then feel the world was spinning and her legs eventually had turned jelly. "I'm dizzy".

Sunwoo's fast action once again had proved its credibility. In a blink of an eye, Haeun was safe in between his arms.

"What did I say?" he spoke lowly, caressing her baby hair. "Why were you running?"

Haeun shook her head softly, regaining herself back. She slightly pulled away but Sunwoo won't let her off yet. He was looking down at her concernedly, his raccoon eyes were glaring.

"Cute", she giggled, placing her palm on Sunwoo's thumping heart. "I want to greet you before the game starts".

At that, Sunwoo softened, lightly scoffing as he finally trusted the girl to stand on her own feet. He then inspected her outfit - the jersey with number 19 on the back, adorning with his name on top was perfect on her though it was a little baggy.

"How come this one goes so perfectly on you?" he faked himself of being offended.

Sunwoo had given his jersey he wore at the last tournament to her, asking her to wear it on the day of his game. It might sound silly, but he thought he could have recharged himself and maybe got some encouragement to win today's game.

And it did.

Just a glimpse of her in his jersey somehow had boosted his energy and desire to play well. He wanted to impress her.

"But I like this better", Haeun then pointed to the one which was hugging his fit body in which Sunwoo gasped playfully, oblivious of Bomin who was taken aback to see this side of Sunwoo that he had never seen before.

"Shall I play shirtless then?"

"No!" Haeun immediately realized, she had chosen a wrong word when she noticed the sly smirk on her boy's face, lips partly agape. "I'll...be waiting there".

Awkwardly, Haeun turned around to leave, assuming that the game was about to start considering that the loud cheer had started erupting from the bleachers. However, little did she know, she was not able to leave as swiftly as she come when her hand was being yanked by Sunwoo.

"We'll go on a date after this", he announced before he let her go for real, trailing the green grass in delusional.

The smile on Haeun's face could never fade. Her whole body was warm not because of the sun from up there but from her sun in the middle of the field.

The experience he had taught her to be loved and to love were priceless.

"When was the last time you had your checkup?" Eric sassily asked as soon as Haeun plopped down on the seat between him and Jia.

"Cannot remember", she pondered before fixing her high pony tail next. "Why?"

"You don't look sick at all", Eric crossed his legs, planting his elbow on his knee as his fingers trailing his chin. "I wonder if they would say that you've recovered because you're dating".
