"...So, are we all heading to Sir Nighteye's agency?" Kirishima looked around at the group he had joined. He had been heading to the Nighteye Hero Agency when he encountered Ochaco and Tsuyu heading in the same direction. They had decided to walk together, talking about why they were headed to the Nighteye Agency. Both groups found it a bit suspicious that they were both headed to the Nighteye Agency on the same day at the same time, but none of them questioned it. It was probably a coincidence. That was until the Big Three appeared, headed in the same direction.

"So, are we all heading to Sir Nighteye's Agency?"

"Yeah," Ochaco answered. "It sure looks that way."

"I wonder why they want to see us," Tsu wondered, asking the same question they had all been thinking.

"Aah I'm sure there's a good reason behind it," Mirio said, a smile on his face.

"I heard they're preparing for a raid on a villain's hideout." All heads turned to look at Neijre. "What? Have we all forgotten how Tamaki had his quirk suppressed? It must be about that." The students' heads were all fantasizing about the truth of the situation as they entered Sir Nighteye's Agency and were sat down at a table with other Pro Heroes. Before they were given time to gush about it though, Sir Nighteye walked in from a side room, and the room went silent.

...

"...First of all," Sir Nighteye began, "I want to thank you all for being able to attend this meeting on such short notice. Your attendance was imperative for what is coming next.

The main topic of today's meeting will be this." He held up one of the quirk-suppressor darts. "This dart contained a serum which would suppress an individual's quirk upon injection into their bloodstream."

Amid the immediate uproar, he continued. "The first and only time these darts have been used was one week ago, when Fat Gum, Suneater, and Red Riot attempted to subdue a minor criminal. He shot two of these darts at Suneater and Red Riot. Red Riot was unaffected due to his skin being hardened at the time, preventing the dart from piercing his skin. Suneater was not so lucky, and for the next couple of hours, his quirk was completely inaccessible." Nighteye glanced over at Suneater momentarily before continuing. "Thankfully his quirk was fully functional after a night's rest, however the implications this has cannot be ignored."

"Agreed," Ryukyu said. "Even if it's only temporary, the ability to completely erase someone's quirk could cripple heroes at times when they're needed most."

"Even so, what are we gonna do about it?" Rock Lock stood up. "Are we just gonna treat it like any other illegal substance and try to stop its production?"

"No, Rock Lock. We are going to destroy it at the source," Nighteye broadcasted to the room. "And to do so, we have invited someone who has experience with this particular drug." Sir Nighteye turned to Ectoplasm. "Bring him in."

"No need," a bored voice called out. "I'm already here." All eyes shifted to the source of the voice. The speaker was shorter than average with green hair and eyes and wore a white dress shirt with a black vest and tie, alongside formal dress shoes and black pants. Everyone other than Aizawa and Sir Nighteye was shocked at his presence, gawking at him as he got up and walked to the front of the room, a briefcase in hand. "Hello everyone. I would prefer to keep my true identity secret, however you may call me Deku."

Rock Lock shot out of his seat. "You! You worked with the Hero Killer and the League of Villains!" He turned to Sir Nighteye in disbelief. "Why is he here?! He could be working for them!"

"Relax, Rock Lock," Aizawa droned. "He is here by the request of Sir Nighteye and myself. Please keep your personal opinions to yourself." Though he wasn't happy about it, Rock Lock sat back down.
