THE TIDES WERE RAGING, whipped into a frenzy by the tempest that roared above the stormy sea. Waves crashed against the sides of the vessel, their relentless assault echoing the tumultuous turmoil that surged within. The once calm and serene waters had transformed into a maelstrom of chaos, mirroring the inner turmoil of those aboard.

As the ship battled against the ferocious currents, its timbers creaked and groaned under the strain, tested to their limits. The wind howled, tearing through the sails like a vengeful spirit, threatening to tear them asunder. Rain lashed down from the heavens, pelting the deck with an unrelenting fury, as if the very skies wept in anguish.

Within the confines of this tumultuous tempest, a sense of foreboding hung heavy in the air. The once steady ground beneath their feet now seemed treacherous, as if the very foundations of trust and loyalty had been eroded away. The storm outside mirrored the turmoil within their hearts, the churning conflict and shattered alliances that had led them to this perilous moment.

The raging tides carried with them a sense of uncertainty, their towering swells and crashing waves threatening to engulf all semblance of hope. It was as if the sea itself rebelled against the bonds that once held them, symbolising the broken trust and shattered dreams that now defined their reality.

Below the deck, in the confines of the cell, the rhythmic sway of the ship merged with the thunderous roar of the storm outside. Jieun laid unconscious, her head resting gently on Sunghoon's lap. He delicately brushed a stray strand of hair from her face, his touch carrying a tenderness that spoke volumes of their bond.

Heeseung, sitting nearby, observed the scene with a knowing smile. 'You and Jieun seem close, like siblings,' he remarked softly, his voice barely audible above the tempestuous winds.

Sunghoon nodded, his eyes fixed on Jieun's peaceful face. 'We are,' he replied, a hint of warmth colouring his words. 'We have always been there for each other, through thick and thin.'

Curiosity sparkled in Heeseung's eyes as he leaned closer. 'And what about your third triplet, Ser Jay? Is he as close with Queen Jieun as you two are?'

Jake, who had been quietly listening, spoke up with a touch of nostalgia. 'They were closer than siblings.'

Heeseung's curiosity piqued further, but he sensed the weight behind Jake's words. He did not press for more details, knowing that some things were better left unsaid. Instead, he shifted his attention to the storm raging outside, its fury matched only by the uncertainty that loomed over their situation.
