Sarah paces around her hotel room in New York, attempting to sort out what Tanner chose for her to wear for an appearance at the local children's hospital in a few hours. Picking up her phone once more, she calls his number for the 10th time in the past hour and is once again met by his voicemail. She leaves a not so nice voicemail telling him to get his ass to her room ASAP and then hangs up.

Shaking her head, she can't believe that as a grown ass adult, she's incapable of choosing her own clothes for the outing. She begins pulling out pieces from her suitcases and laying them on the spare bed.

Ring ... ring

She answers her phone without checking the display. "Tanner, where the fuck are you?"

A voice sounds out after chuckling. "Good morning to you, too."

Sarah chuckles. "Oh shit, Lauren; I'm sorry. Tanner is nowhere to be found and I'm having a wardrobe crisis."

"Well, from what I saw last night after you left, he was getting pretty cozy with one of the guys from the production team. Any chance he ended up going home with him or perhaps brought him back to the hotel for a little fun?"

Sarah rolls her eyes. "Very high possibility, however, it's not like him to miss out on an opportunity to play with clothes or dress me up. I need to get a move on; I don't want to be late for my appearance and I still need to sort my hair and makeup before I leave."

"Would you like for me to come up to your room and help you choose an outfit? I may not be Tanner, but, I'm pretty good at the whole dressing myself thing."

Sarah laughs. "That would be awesome! I know I'm completely over reacting and over thinking everything but can you blame me? I feel like I'm under a microscope at the moment and I don't know how I'm going to get through the next few days without having Abby beside me."

"I'm here for you. I'll see you in a few minutes."

A few minutes pass and there's a knock at the door, Sarah opens it and smiles as her friend/fake girlfriend Lauren Jauregui stands in front of her, looking pretty nice for it being so early on in the day.

"Can I come in?"

Sarah smiles. "Sorry. What's with you being all dressed up and looking ready to kill?"

Lauren laughs, "I'm doing an appearance on a talk show in a little while to promote my album and our song. It was a last-minute thing; otherwise, I would have insisted that you join me for it."

"And I would have turned you down." Sarah smiles. "I can't wait to be able to visit the hospital, spend time with the kids, pass out some presents and sing some carols with them. The thought of seeing their eyes and faces light up is what's giving me joy right now."

"Just remember to conserve your voice for the Jingle Ball."

"Don't worry, I've already been reminded to limit the amount of singing I do today. I wish that you could come with me; I'm sure the execs would love to see social media flooded with pictures of the two of us laughing, singing with and passing presents out the children."

"Believe me, I'd much rather be heading the hospital with you then a tv station; but I need to promote the album. Even though Fire and Ice has been flying up the charts, my solos haven't been getting the sales and download numbers and I'm getting flack about it and need to get my name back out there and relevant again. As much as I've loved being tied with Selena Dagger on a personal level, it hasn't really been helping me on a professional level."

"I'm sorry to hear that. You know if there's anything I can do to help with that I will, right?"

Lauren nods. "I do and I appreciate the amount of promoting you've been doing on social media telling people to download my album."
