Finding a random cabin in the forest we head inside as Sam and lined all the doors and windows with salt as Dean walked into the room from the bedroom "how is he?" Sam asked him "he just needed a little rest, that's all. How are you?" Dean asked us "I'll survive.....hey, you don't think we were followed here, do you?" Sam asked him "I don't know. I don't think so. I mean, we couldn't have found a more out-of-the-way place to hole up." Dean said "yeah. Hey, uh.....Dean, you, um.....you saved my life back there." Sam replied.

"So, I guess you're glad I brought the gun, huh?"Dean smirked "man, I'm trying to thank
you here." Sam said "you're welcome." Dean replied with a smile on his face as Sam walked across the room as a concerned look came across Dean's face "hey, Sam." Dean said "yeah?" Sam asked "you know that guy I shot? There was a person in there." Dean said "you didn't have a choice, Dean." Sam said "yeah, I know, that's not what bothers me." Dean replied "then what does?" Sam asked him.

"Killing that guy, killing Meg. I didn't hesitate. I didn't even flinch. For you, Dia or Dad, the things I'm willing to do or kill, it's just, uh...it scares me sometimes." Dean said as Sam and I both stared at Dean while our Dad walked into the room "it shouldn't. You did good." Dad said as I ran over and hugged him while he hugged me back, pulling me into his side "you're not mad?" Dean asked him "for what?" Dad asked "using a bullet." Dean said "mad? I'm proud of you. You know, Sam and I, we can get pretty obsessed. But you-you watch out for this family. You always have." Dad smiled "thanks." Dean said.

As the wind suddenly picked up, and the lights started to flicker "it found us. It's here." Dad said ominously "the demon?" Sam asked him "Sam, lines of salt in front of every window, every door." Dad directed "I already did it." Sam said "well, check it, okay?" Dad asked him "okay." Sam nodded as he left the room "Dean, you got the gun?" Dad asked him "yeah." Dean nodded "give it to me." Dad said as he put his hand out while Dean pulled the Colt out of his belt "Dad, Sam tried to shoot the demon in Salvation. It disappeared." Dean said.

"This is me. I won't miss. Now, the gun. Hurry." Dad said motioning for Dean to hand him the gun as Dean hesitated and looked down at the Colt "son, please." Dad urged while Dean took a few steps back "Ads, get over here now." Dean said "what?" I asked him confused "give me the gun. What are you doing, Dean?" Dad asked him "he'd be furious." Dean said "what?" Dad asked "that I wasted a bullet. He wouldn't be proud of me. He'd tear me a new one." Dean said raising the gun, pointing it at him cocking it.

"Addison, get over here, now! He's not our dad." Dean said "Dean? Dean? What are you doing?" I asked in shock "Addie, now!" Dean yelled, still pointing the gun at Dad as I quickly left Dad and ran after Dean "peanut, don't listen to him." Dad said as I left his side as he turned his attention to my brother "Dean, it's me." Dad said " I know my dad better than anyone. And you ain't him." Dean said "you're scaring your sister. What the hell's gotten into you?" Dad asked angrily "I could ask you the same thing. Stay back."
Dean said still pointing the gun at him.

"Dean? What the hell's going on?" Sam asked as he walked back into the room "your brother's lost his mind." Dad said "he's not Dad."
Dean replied "what?" Sam asked as he walked up to us "I think he's possessed. I think he's been possessed since we rescued him." Dean's voice cracked "don't listen to him, Sammy." Dad pleaded as he looked at him "Dean, how do you know?" Sam asked "he's- he's different." Dean answered, upset.

"You know, we don't have time for this. Sam, you wanna kill this demon, you've gotta trust me." Dad said as Sam glanced back and forth between Dad and Dean "Sam?" Dad asked him as Sam stepped closer to Dean and me and stood firm by us "no." Sam said "fine. You're all so sure. Go ahead. Kill me." Dad said looking down waiting as Dean held the gun, shaking, but didn't pull the trigger "I thought so." Dad replied as he lifted his head, and his eyes were now yellow.
