As soon as the door of 13 Grimmauld Place slams shut behind Reyna, Sirius appears from the lounge. There were bags under the man's eyes, indicative of a lack of sleep. His hair was in a state, possibly from him constantly running his hands through it.

"Oh thank Merlin," Sirius' whole body seems to relax as he embraces Reyna. "You're okay"

"Yeah I'm okay," Reyna confirms.

"Well, if you're okay, we can talk about this,"

Sirius hands Reyna a copy of the Daily Prophet and she winces slightly when she spots the headline on the front page. In big bold lettering were the words 'HEROIC STUDENT SAVES MUGGLES' and beneath the words was a picture of Reyna shielding the muggle family.

"You were reckless Reyna,"

As the sound of her father's voice reaches her ears, the witch's head swiftly turns towards him. The man's complexion was pallid, and he had dark circles under his eyes, similar to those of Sirius.

Reyna's expression remains stoic as she locks eyes with the man who had left her alone for the entirety of the summer, dumping her on Sirius' doorstep. He hadn't even bothered to visit her on her sixteenth birthday, leaving her to feel abandoned and resentful.

"What are you doing here?" Reyna's face remains expressionless.

"Read the article, Reyna," Remus massages his temples.

HEROIC STUDENT SAVES MUGGLES
By Rita Skeeter

Reyna Lupin, a Hogwarts student who has only just turned sixteen, has revealed herself to be a possible Auror in the making. The witch, an image of beauty, was seen by eyewitnesses valiantly fighting against the people who invaded the campsite full of unprepared witches and wizards.

The witch was seen fighting her own mother, the notorious Marianne Ravenswood. It is clear Reyna only inherited similar physical features from her mother who is known for attempting to steal the witch away when she was a mere infant. Ravenswood was also rumoured to be involved in various muggle murders prior to her attempt to steal Reyna.

Reyna Lupin is proof that heroes come in unlikely forms and quite frankly, she put the ministry to shame and members of the ministry should face enquiries about their lax security measures. Reyna Lupin prevented the deaths of a muggle family who have since been obliviated.

This witch should be revered and I truly hope that she is part of the next generation of Aurors.

"Consider my ego inflated," Reyna places the paper down.

"Consider yourself a target," Her father corrects her.

"No," Reyna holds her hand up. "You don't get to lecture me. You chose to cut and run rather than let me help you"

"You're my child, Reyna, you shouldn't have to help me,"

"Sometimes, children bring a light to their parents' darkness that no one else can," Reyna repeats words Albus Dumbledore had told her not long before the previous school year ended. "Be honest with me, are you here for me or Sirius?"

"What are you talking about?"

"Don't treat me like I'm stupid," Reyna snaps. "You still love him and he still loves you, stop acting like you don't. You haven't visited all year, not even for my birthday but as soon as this happens you're here to comfort a worried Sirius?"

"Reyna-"

"You didn't even come to the Burrow, knowing that's where I'd be after it all happened," Reyna shakes her head. "Don't disrespect me by trying to pretend that you haven't slowly begun to pretend I don't exist to help you deal with your guilt"

"Reyna, come on that's not fair," Sirius chips into the conversation.

"It is and you know it," Reyna retorts. "You've acted more like my father these past few months than he has. I already lost one parent, I never thought I'd lose you too"

"You haven't lost me,"

"My mother chose to become a monster," Reyna wraps her arms around herself. "You choose to hate the part of yourself that you perceive to be a monster and in turn, you've eradicated the one living reminder of that side of you. I have one scar on my eyebrow but at the moment, every word you speak digs a blade deeper into my chest. If you want to stop hurting me, you should leave"

If you want to stop hurting me, you should leave"
