As Reyna steps onto the Platform, a wave of loneliness washes over her. She can't help but feel a twinge of jealousy as she watches children embrace their parents with enthusiasm. Her gaze fixates on the joyful Weasleys, Harry Potter, and the Grangers, all beaming with excitement as they await the train's arrival.
The gleaming scarlet steam engine was already waiting at the Platform, clouds of steam were billowing from it. The steam was so thick that it made people who were standing close to the train appear almost ghost-like.
Reyna felt uncomfortable when she realised all eyes were locked on her. One witch had a copy of the Daily Prophet in her hand whilst pointing at Reyna.
"That's her," The witch was not even attempting to be subtle. "Her mother is a death eater!"
"The daughter of Marianne Ravenswood shouldn't be walking around free," A man sneers.
"I can hear you," Reyna snaps.
"Is she-" Harry turns to George.
"Yes,"
"Should we-"
"Absolutely,"
George and Harry were quick to intervene before Reyna could escalate the situation from a verbal assault to physical violence. It was widely acknowledged among the student population of Hogwarts that while Reyna possessed a sharp tongue, she had no qualms about resorting to muggle-style fighting, and was quite skilled at it as well.
"Come on Reyna," George pulls the witch away. "They're not worth it"
"You shouldn't associate with her Mr Potter," The wizard calls after the bespectacled wizard.
"Are you proud of yourself?" Harry snaps. "Picking on a student who has no control over who she was born to? Your parents should have used a condom and done the world a favour"
Reyna and George exchange a glance of disbelief, then burst into a fit of uncontrollable laughter. The wizard's complexion turns a deep shade of crimson, as laughter arises from the surrounding onlookers.
"Come on Harry," Reyna giggles. "Let's leave the man with a morsel of dignity"

Ron waves the Daily Prophet in Reyna's face, raving about the article Rita Skeeter had written about her. Reyna snatches the newspaper from the boy and hits him over the head with it, much to the amusement of the rest of the teenagers.
"Bloody hell Reyna!"
The topic of conversation quickly veered to the events of the Quidditch World Cup, their voices kept low as they discuss what Harry had seen whilst separated from the group.
"I woke up and the fire had been extinguished," Harry begins his retelling for the older students. "There was a man standing in a space between the burned tents and he shouted this spell, I can't remember what he said-"
"That's when the dark mark appeared," Hermione jumps in.
"Something about all of this doesn't sit right with me," Reyna begins to vocalise her thoughts to the group. "Since the events of last year and now this? Something is coming and it's going to be big. There's a reason my mother's shown her face after all these years"
"You truly think it was something more than a few people just trying to cause hysteria?" George asks.
"Why now?" Reyna asks before shaking her head. "If hysteria is what they wanted they'd have been popping up randomly over the years. It's something to do with Pettigrew, I'm sure of it. It's not a coincidence he gets away and death eaters crawl out of the woodwork"
"Pettigrew?" Fred and Caleb ask in sync and Reyna's hand clamps over her mouth.
"It's a long story," Harry states.
"We've got a long time till Scotland," Fred leans back in his seat. "I'm all ears"
During that fateful night last year, five teenagers were present and bore witness to what happened. They now recount the events of that night, with each of them sharing their perspectives and experiences. However, Reyna chose to keep quiet about her conversation with Professor Dumbledore. She had a nagging feeling in her gut that the Professor's predictions about Voldemort's return would come to fruition sooner rather than later.
"You okay Rey?" Caleb asks, noticing his friend's out-of-character silence.
"Just thinking," Reyna murmurs, tapping her fingers on her leg. "This is like a jigsaw but we don't have all the pieces yet so we have no idea how to prepare for anything that's coming"
"Eventually the pieces will fall into place," Caleb wraps an arm around his friend. "Then we'll face whatever's coming"
"I don't think it's going to be that simple,"
