As Reyna Lupin emerges from the brick wall separating Platforms Nine and Ten at King's Cross Station, she sets her eyes on a striking red scarlet train.

Despite being in her fifth year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, every year she was still amazed by the lively atmosphere of the platform.

As she observes other children hugging their parents, she noticed some were pushing away the fussing hands of their mothers and fathers.

"It never gets old," Her father states from behind her.

"No, it does not," Reyna hums in agreement.

"REYNA!"

As Harry Potter shouts, a Gryffindor witch turns her attention away from the steam train in front of her.

The Golden Trio and Ginny Weasley approach her, and Reyna welcomes their hugs. Harry's embrace lasts a little longer than the rest.

During his first year at Hogwarts, Harry had the good fortune of finding a truly dependable friend in Reyna.

She took him under her wing and provided him with unwavering support throughout his initial few months at the wizarding school.

Reyna's deep empathy and understanding of Harry's struggles were rooted in her own personal experience of loss and tragedy.

Her mother, the valiant Marianne Ravenswood, had sacrificed her own life while protecting her daughter during the infamous Wizarding War.

The knowledge of this event had a profound and long-lasting impact on Reyna's life and motivated her to stand steadfastly by Harry Potter's side even during his second year when people believed him to be the heir of Slytherin.

"Rainy," Fred Weasley beams at the witch who embraces him.

"Where's your double?" Reyna's tone goes cold at the thought of George Weasley.

"Right here,"

"Weasley," Reyna snarls his name slightly.

The reason for the long-standing rivalry between George and Reyna was shrouded in mystery, leaving others to only speculate and wonder. However, it was clear that their animosity towards each other burned with an intensity that matched that of a blazing inferno.

The slightest provocation could trigger a heated argument, and their tempers were quick to flare up in each other's presence.

During their heated exchanges, their words were like venomous bites from the deadliest of snakes, and their eyes glared with a stormy fury that was reminiscent of the storm that tore through the country on the night Reyna was born.

The rest of the teenage onlookers exchange concerned glances as they witness the intense glare-down between George and Reyna.

The tension in the atmosphere is palpable, so thick that it feels almost suffocating to them. Remus, being the responsible adult in the situation, promptly steps in and physically removes his daughter from the inevitable, oncoming heated confrontation.

While he may not know the exact cause of this bitter rivalry, the one thing he was well aware of was his daughter's temper.

In no uncertain terms, he understood that it was not to be provoked, as anyone foolish enough to do so would undoubtedly face a verbal assault that would leave them reeling for days.

"Come on sweetheart, let's get your luggage on the train,"

"Gladly," Reyna responds to her father. "The rancid smell in the air was churning my stomach anyway"

As George prepares to respond, Fred swiftly covers his twin's mouth. The wizard wanted to avoid another headache from their arguing, so he guides his brother away while the younger teens trail behind Reyna towards the train.

Remus and Reyna enter a compartment with Harry, Ron and Hermione behind them. The teenagers begin to fill Reyna and Remus in on what Arthur Weasley had told him the night before.

"So let me get this straight," Ron breaks the silence that follows Harry's relay of information. "Sirius Black broke out of Azkaban to come after you?"

Remus and Reyna exchange a knowing glance, their silent communication going unnoticed by the two wizards.

However, Hermione, who is attuned to subtle cues, picks up on their unspoken exchange. Though she assumes it is a look of concern, she cannot help but wonder if there is more to it, a hidden knowledge that nobody else is privy to.

"So," Reyna is the one to change the subject. "I want to hear this story about your aunt"

As Harry settles into the compartment, a wide grin slowly spreads across his face.

He begins to recount the tale of the insufferable Marge Dursley, and his fellow passengers listen with rapt attention.

Laughter echoes within the small space as Harry describes how the woman inflated like a balloon before floating away into the sky. Even Hermione, usually the rational one, can't help but smile at the absurdity of the situation.

As Harry continues, he recounts the events that led to his stay at the Leaky Cauldron, his words painting a vivid picture of the event.

"Bloody brilliant," Ron claps his friend on the back.

"How was Italy, Reyna?" Hermione asks the witch who had travelled there with her father over the summer.

"Beautiful," The witch smiles. "I'm convinced we ate our weight in pasta and pizza. Honestly, I think pizza and pasta here can never satisfy my tastebuds the way it did in Italy"

"I'm the same with croissants after France,"

"I just think food once you eat it from where it originates just tastes better,"

"I agree,"

The two witches begin to converse about their holidays as the two boys begin to play exploding snap which leads to cursing from both sides.

Reyna's eyes move to her father who was half asleep. The latest full moon was hard on him, leaving him exhausted and on the brink of sleep. Reyna shushes the younger teenagers who nod, allowing the man to drift off.
