All eyes are on Reyna Lupin and Caleb Diggory as they stand next to the Goblet of Fire which had blue flames flickering above it. Never did anyone think they'd see the dynamic duo argue but the tension between the two was palpable.
"You're serious about this?" Reyna asks her best friend who nods. "Why would you want to enter the tournament?"
"Eternal glory,"
"That's not what this is," Reyna shakes her head. "You're trying to prove a point"
"And what point is that?" Caleb snaps.
"That you're not just Cedric Diggory's twin," Reyna retorts. "You want your father's approval so badly that you're putting your life on the line"
"Maybe I just want to hear the words I'm proud of you," Caleb snaps.
"If you are picked and by some miracle you win, you'll only hear those words because it will ensure your father gets a promotion in the Ministry"
"Just because your father abandoned you doesn't mean you get to comment on mine,"
"Fine," Reyna sneers. "When you're no longer a useful stepping stone for your father and he discards you, don't come crying to me"
"He won't,"
"Before trying to convince me, convince yourself first,"
Reyna turns her body away from Caleb, striding purposefully in the opposite direction from the Hufflepuff who tightly grips the parchment in his palm. The witch halts at the doorway of the Great Hall, and hope flickers in her heart that Caleb may change his mind. Her eyes follow Caleb's movements as he approaches the Goblet and drops the folded piece of parchment into the cup. With a solemn shake of her head, Reyna departs from the Great Hall, her footsteps echoing softly against the stone floor.

Upon entering the hospital wing, Reyna is met with an unexpected sight. Before her stand two adolescents with lustrous white hair and magnificent white beards. Reyna is taken aback for a moment before bursting into uncontrollable laughter. She clutches her stomach while hunching over, the sound of her laughter ringing through the sterile wing.
"Laugh it up," George rolls his eyes.
"Oh believe me I am," Reyna manages to splutter between laughs. "What did you do?"
"Aging potion,"
The guffaws of the witch grew louder and echoed throughout the room as she collapsed onto the floor. Her eyes were brimming with tears of later while the twins glared at her in annoyance.
"Are you quite finished?" Fred huffs and Reyna nods, her giggles fading.
"Sorry, but when Lee told me the pair of you were in here I didn't expect-" Reyna gestures between the two. "This"
"Heard you and Diggory had a fight," George says. "It's the talk of the school"
"Of course it is," Reyna rolls her eyes.
"So what happened?" Fred asks.
"He's entered the tournament to prove a point to his dad," Reyna rolls her eyes. "He's barely passing his classes, he's not going to win if he's picked. He's being reckless and won't listen to reason"
"Guess you and him aren't as different as the student population thinks," George gives the witch a pointed look.
"No, I do reckless things to help the people I love," Reyna shakes her head. "Not to try and earn someone's love. They're very different things"

The banquet was truly extravagant, with a spread of delicious delicacies laid out in front of the students. However, the atmosphere was tense as everyone's attention was diverted towards Reyna and Caleb. News of their altercation had spread like wildfire across Hogwarts, leaving everyone desperate to know what happened between the pair. Despite being seated next to George, Reyna was acutely aware of Caleb staring at her.
"Have you got something to say?" Reyna snaps and the hall falls silent. "Or do you need your dad's approval to speak?"
"Reyna-"
"Oh you do speak," Reyna claps her hands slowly. "Do you have a permission slip from your dad for that? Where's the one that allows you to think for yourself? Oh right, you've turned into his lap dog because you're sick of being second best. If you put as much effort into your school work as you do being bitter, you'd probably be less of a disappointment"
"That's not fair and you know it,"
"Oh yeah?" Reyna asks. "When you can think for yourself come and talk to me. But as long as you keep sitting and rolling over, don't bother"
