The weather was so horrific that Reyna was surprised the match hadn't been called off. However, the Gryffindor quidditch team were so determined to win for Oliver that not a single complaint left their lips.
The harsh weather conditions were wreaking havoc on the players, causing them to lose their balance and flail on their brooms uncontrollably as the blinding flashes of lightning surrounded them. Reyna's gaze darted towards Harry, who was vanishing amidst the thick veil of clouds, prompting the witch to take flight and follow him. With skilful manoeuvring, Reyna managed to avoid a collision with Cedric Diggory, who was making his way back to the playing field.
Reyna's eyes locked onto Harry who had found himself surrounded by a swarm of Dementors, the witch's eyes flickered to a blazing orange, and a ring of fire encircled the bespectacled boy. The Dementors, now diverted from their intended target, turned their attention to the witch on her broom. Reyna lets out a gasp when one of the creatures appears before her, inhaling with a loud, sickening rattle.
Harry could only watch helplessly as Reyna's back arched, her anguished cry audible even over the deafening thunder. Black spots clouded Reyna's vision as her broom slipped from beneath her, and she tumbled through the air, unable to even scream as the wind was knocked out of her lungs.
"REYNA!"
Harry watches in horror as Reyna vanishes from his view into the thick clouds below. The fire surrounding him flickers and fades and Harry doesn't waste a second, speeding down through the clouds.
The student population leans forward with interest, attempting to identify what object was descending from the sky. Suddenly, a wave of screams pierces the air as the realization sets in. Horrified shouts echo through the deafening sound of thunder as the student population observes Reyna Lupin's rapid descent towards the ground.
Harry tears through the sky, heading straight for the falling witch. The wizard outstretches his hand, grabbing onto Reyna. The force of Reyna's abrupt halt causes Harry to slip slightly. All eyes were on the scene before them. Reyna Lupin's limp body hanging in the air, only being held up by Harry Potter.
"Come on Reyna," Harry grits out through clenched teeth.
All of the players on the pitch soar over, reaching out for Reyna Lupin whose eyes snap open, glowing a brilliant orange. George was successful in grabbing the witch who stares at him, her eyes still glowing. George's eyes widen as Reyna stares at him, her eyes pleading.
"Weasley, you need to drop me in the Black Lake," Reyna whispers. "Please"
"You need to go to the Hospital Wing,"
"George," Reyna grits her teeth. "Please"
The wizard stares into Reyna's eyes which were panicked and he nods before pulling her up onto his broom. The wizard is quick to lean forward, hurtling towards the large expanse of water.
"Ready?" George asks and Reyna nods.
Despite the scorching pain coursing through his hand, George firmly grasps Reyna's hand. The wizard swiftly dismounts the broomstick, and Reyna follows suit. They both plunge into the murky depths of the Black Lake with a resounding splash, disappearing beneath the surface.

As the Gryffindor Quidditch team, along with Caleb and the Professors, arrived at the edge of the Black Lake, they came to an abrupt stop. Remus' eyes scanned the dark waters for any sign of his daughter and her supposed nemesis, but there was nothing but stillness. The absence of bubbles and only the faintest ripples caused by their landing in the Black Lake added to the growing sense of unease. The silence was deafening, and the tension was palpable as they waited, hoping for some indication of the two teenagers.
Reyna's eyes open to see George Weasley in front of her, in the murky depths of the Black Lake. Reyna's eyes were flickering between the brilliant orange and her natural murky grey orbs. George reaches out and places his hands on her face, maintaining eye contact with the witch.
Their moment is interrupted when a Grindylow wraps itself around Reyna's ankle, yanking the witch even further below the surface. George's eyes widen in panic, the tight burn in his chest indicating they had been under the water for too long. The wizard fumbles with his robe pocket before pointing his wand upwards, red light tearing through the surface of the water.
Red lights tearing through the surface of the water causes the students to shed their robes before leaping into the water much to the Professors' dismay. The teenagers all take deep breaths before sinking below the surface.
Fred and Ron quickly swim towards George who was drifting unconscious in the water, while the other teenagers immediately went to Reyna's aid. The witch was floating motionless, almost as if time had stopped around her. Harry and Hermione wrap their arms around her as Caleb and Oliver bravely fought off the aggressive Grindylow that was relentlessly trying to pull her down. With swift and strategic kicks, the two boys managed to keep the dangerous creature at bay, allowing Harry and Hermione to take Reyna to the water's surface.
The scene that lay before the Professors was unprecedented as Remus and Professor Snape begin administering compressions to the teenagers. Both of the teenagers were deathly pale with blue lips, there was no movement in their chests as Snape and Remus continue in their ministrations to attempt to resuscitate them.
The teenagers were all clinging to one another but to the side, Harry and Fred were on their knees, staring at the people they cared about most being on the brink of death.
