The long-awaited weekend had finally arrived and the first Hogsmeade trip of the school year was underway. The pleasant weather encouraged many students, including Reyna, the twins, Harry and Hermione, to take a leisurely stroll to the small Wizarding Village. They enjoyed soaking up the sun, fully aware that it would soon give way to autumnal rains and winter snow.
Despite Hermione's disapproving gaze, Reyna takes a drag from the joint that rested between her fingers, exhaling a trail of smoke. The witch's stress levels have been skyrocketing lately, and she relies on the drug to maintain her composure. Harry glances at Reyna with a look of desperation, prompting her to lift an eyebrow inquisitively.
"Reyna," Harry's voice fake cracks. "I'm just going through a lot right now. I'm entered in this tournament against much more magically advanced students and I'm just really stressed"
"You've created a mini you," Fred says in horror and Reyna grins.
"Isn't he brilliant?" Reyna grins, passing the small item to Harry who places it between his lips.

Reyna and George separate from the small group, entrusting a high Harry to Hermione and Fred's care before they walk into the forest surrounding Hogsmeade.
George couldn't help but be mesmerized by Reyna's beauty as they basked in the warm glow of the sun. Her red floral summer dress was the perfect complement to the vibrant green hues of the forest around them. As they watched the graceful jobberknolls fly overhead, Reyna's lips curled into a gentle smile. Suddenly, a curious baby niffler scuttled across the forest floor towards her, capturing her attention with its playful antics.
Bending low to the ground, the witch deftly retrieves a diminutive yet dazzling golden coin from her bag, which dangles enticingly from a delicate chain. The niffler's sharp eyesight doesn't miss a beat as it snatches the necklace from the witch's hands, scampering up Reyna's arm with the prize in tow. Finally, the niffler perches itself comfortably atop Reyna's shoulder, contentedly admiring its newfound treasure.
"I think you've made a friend," George chuckles.
"I might just keep him," Reyna reaches up and gently strokes the niffler. "Usually baby nifflers who are alone like this, their parents- Well it's never good"
"Reyna-"
The witch hums in reply as she continues absentmindedly stroking the niffler who nuzzles into her neck. A small giggle escapes Reyna when the niffler moves in a way that causes a small tickle against her neck.
"I wanted to say," George clears his throat. "I- I- You- We-"
"Take your time," Reyna places her hand on George's face. "Forcing yourself to spit it out will only make the anxiety worse"
"Okay," George takes a deep breath. "I- I think I like you"
"You think?" Reyna jokes.
"No, I know," George's voice didn't have a single waver in it. "I know I like you Reyna Lupin. You may piss me off all of the time but I like you"
As George gazes down at Reyna, her lips curve up into a smile and she rises onto her toes. Their eyes meet, and in that instant, everything else seems to disappear. With a gentle touch, Reyna presses her lips to George's, and he can feel her soft, glossy mouth moving against his own. The sensation is electric, and for a moment, nothing else matters but them.
A small paw pushes the side of George's head as the niffler on Reyna's shoulder lets out a small huff. The pair pull apart before looking at the grouchy niffler who had his arms crossed. Laughter begins to fall from their lips as Reyna allows the niffler to crawl down into her arms, cradling him as she tickles his stomach.
"Jealous little guy huh?" Reyna asks and the niffler tilts its head to the side, poking Reyna's arm. "Am I supposed to know what that means?"
George and Reyna wander through the forest, heading towards Hogwarts when they come across a horrible sight. A Niffler den that had been destroyed, torn through with feral brutality. Reyna holds the niffler in her arms closer to her as she stares at the slaughtered creatures before her.
"We need to get out of the forest," George whispers. "It's not safe"
"I'm assuming the incensis made a trip here before they attacked me the other day," Reyna murmurs. "We have to keep him, it's not safe for him to be out here alone"
"He seems very tame,"
"Survival instincts, he knows he needs to find someone to protect him. Incensis aside, many creatures would pick him as an easy meal,"
