Chapter 24

Seth and Jacob went out for a run the next morning. Not just a normal, human run, with only two limbs involved. But an actual run with 2 paws and 2 feet. They read each others thoughts as they ran.

'I can't date Renesmee anymore.'

'And why is that?' I asked. He forgot I was paying attention because he was startled.

'Cause I'll hurt her. I almost changed on her last night and I don't ever want to feel that way again.'

'Well, you love her right?'

'Yeah of course.'

'Then you won't hurt her.'

'You don't know that. What if its an accident?'

'Like what?'

'Like... I don't wanna do something she says or something she does really pisses me off. I don't want to kill her Seth. I think you should be worried about the same.'

'What? Why?'

'Because I know your girlfriend has a short temper and a bad attitude.'

'So? That doesn't mean I'm gonna freak out on her.'

'But what if you do.'

'I won't.'

'But you might.'

'But I won't.' Seth didn't want to have this argument anymore. He was done debating with Jacob on how much he loved and cared about his girlfriend.

'I'm not saying you don't love her, I'm just saying that you can't always protect her from you, even if you get mad.'

'Why don't you worry about yourself Jacob.'

'Fine. Whatever.'

Our minds were too jumbled to figure out or even listen to each others thoughts.

'Are you gonna tell Renesmee about Katrina?'

'I can't.'

'Why? She's supposed to trust you and she can't trust you if your lying.'

'I'm not lying. I'm just not telling her the truth.'

'What's the difference?'

'She didn't ask me about Katrina.'

'That's because she didn't know!'

'Ok fine. I'll tell her at the right time.'

'And that is?'

'When I'm ready.'

Katrina was Jacob's ultra hot girlfriend that he broke up with last year. And ever since then, shes been trying to get him back. He been trying to talk to him in the hallways, sit next to him in class and texting him every 2 seconds. He found her rather annoying, but now that he love someone else, she's gonna freak.

'Katrina's crazy, but she wouldn't go into ultra-insane-stalker mode if I date another girl.'

'Of course she is.'

'No she's not.'

'Yes she is.'

'No she's not.'

'Yes she is.'

'No she's not!'

'Dude, chill.'

'Whatever.'

'But you have to tell her when you go out with her tonight.'

'Ill tell her when I'm ready to tell her.'
