+++++Daman POV+++++
The wedding festivities came to a halt as Ravleen stood outside Ekansh's bedroom while I sat on his rose covered California king sized bed, with the translucent white canopy strung of fairy lights and red roses.
"1 lakh 21 thousand, final." She said Ekansh shook his head.
"51000" he said, as Ravleen faked a shocked hawww.
"She's the prettiest, smartest girl out there and... 51000. I'm offended." She says as I chuckle setting the dupatta over to cover my face.
"71000. Final Bro, I still have a honeymoon to pay for." Ekansh pleaded with his sister.
"I came down from 5,10,000 to 1,21,000. Not a rupee less. Do you want this deal or not?" she asks, sternly as I hear a victory squeal from her side which meant Ekansh was signing the cheque book.
A moment later, my heart was in my throat as I looked at him enter and shut the door after him.
"So, Tejas is asleep." He says taking off his wrist watch and sitting on the bed beside me.
"Good for him." I say, as he just falls back on the bed lying down as he looked at me sitting on his bed in a bridal attire with my face half covered.
Yes, I'm a bollywood fan. Thank you.
But also, I wanted a gift."I've dreamt of this day, with eyes closed and open.... So many times." He says taking my hand, with the gold and diamond harness covering most of the back as he kissed the knuckles. "I just... Thank you." He says, as I try to hold in my tears. My hand turns around, the palm on top to change the topic instead.
"There's still a penalty left." I asked my hand open, as he chuckled sitting up.
"Your munh dikhayi." He said, and picked up my ghunghat to look at my face and meet my eyes and then held his heart falling back on the bed again. "Ahhh... no doubt I got lucky." He says as I hold in a smile acting stern and gesturing to the hand.
"Did you forgot a gift?" I ask, as he shakes his head and reaches to the bedside drawer and takes out a rectangular red velvet box about 15 inches in length and a good 5 inches in width and depth. "What's this?" I ask as he shrugs as if he didn't know what's inside. I open the latch as my breath catches in my throat.
Inside the box was a kamarbandh made of gold and intricate diamonds and emeralds curved into the broad and long piece.
"This is..."
"You'll be wearing sarees more often, due to the royal gatherings and all the hassel. So, I wanted to give you something... you don't already have."
"This costs ten-twenty times more than your sister demanded." I say aware that the individual diamond and emerald on this kamarbandh with dozend embedded was worth more than my total savings, as he shrugs.
"She has her husband spoiling her, and I need to spoil my wife with expensive gifts." He says as I look at him, getting on my knees on the bed to hug him.
"Thank you. I love it." I say as he chuckles cupping my face.
"You're welcome, My queen." He says, as I feel his breath on the skin of my neck send shivers down my spine. It has been a while since I felt his touch and I could feel my nipples harden at the mere thought of the night to come. He pinched my breast through the fabric of my shirt as I squealed.
"Ouch." I said putting some distance between us to hold the hurt area, as he peppers gentle kisses below my kundan choker and above the neckline of my shirt.
