CHAPTER 4 | Realisation

Author's POV:

Meera felt a sudden rush of emotions as Raghbir held her by the waist. Her heart was pounding, and she could feel her stomach churning with excitement and nervousness. She had never felt this way before, and it was both exhilarating and terrifying.

she knew that something had changed between them.

She wanted to look into his eyes, but she couldn't..

Raghbir picked her up in his arms. And started to walk out of the 'haweli'.

"cut... Cutt!", and the act stopped!
As Raghbir helped her to her feet, Meera felt a strange sense of connection with him. She had always admired him from afar, but now she felt something more. She felt drawn to him.

Raghbir smiled at her, and Meera felt her heart skip a beat. She wanted to say something, to tell him how she felt, but the words wouldn't come. Instead, she simply smiled back and went on her way.

It was around 3 when everyone were seated for lunch. "Vaise.. Raghbir.. Ek baat toh relatable thi aaj ke sequence Mei", Meera said laughing while
Raghbir looked at Meera with a confused expression, wondering what she was talking about. Everyone else at the table looked just as puzzled as Raghbir.

"What are you talking about, Meera?" he asked, trying to make sense of her words.

Meera giggled . "Yahi ke aapke kaan Mei humesha airpods chipke rehte Hai.. Joo ghhusne tak ki jagah nnehi," she said, still laughing and the entire table burst into laughters.

Raghbir shook his head and smiled, knowing that he was guilty as charged.

"I can't help it, Meera," he said, grinning. "I need my music to get through the day."

Meera rolled her eyes and shook her head. "You're always listening to music, Raghbir. Sometimes I wonder if you're even paying attention to what's going on around you."

Raghbir chuckled and shrugged. "I guess I just like to tune out the world sometimes," he said. "It's my way of relaxing."

"Ek aur baat bhi relatable thi aaj ke shoot Mei Meera", and Raghbir said hiding his smile

"What do you mean?" she asked curiously. Raising her eyebrow

Raghbir smirked. "You snore really loudly when you sleep," he said, teasing her.

Meera groaned and rolled her eyes. "I do not!" she protested.

Raghbir laughed. "Yes, you do," he said. "I could hear you from across the room."

Ishika was laughing but she quickly composed herself "okay okayyyy guys enough of your fight. Hum bhi Hai yaar table pe". She scowled at Raghbir and meera and thus they all started with their daily dose of gossips.

The trio - Raghbir, Meera and Ishika were seating and reading their scripts when They were asked to get ready for the next scene. As Raghbir stood up he immediately groaned in pain. Ishika and Meera were both startled "What happened Raghbir??", and Ishika asked worriedly.

"Nothing Ishika, just a backache," Raghbir said, still groaning. Meera looked at him with concern and was about to say something, but the makeup artist called her and she had to leave immediately

Meera sat in her vanity chair as the makeup artist applied her makeup for the upcoming dance scene. However, her mind was preoccupied with Raghbir's backache. She couldn't stop thinking about how much pain he was in and wondered if he was getting the proper care that he needed.
