"Didn't We Almost Have It All?" tells the captivating story of Method Man, a renowned rapper, and Jaida, a successful entrepreneur. Their paths cross at a party where eventually an unexpected connection sparks between them. However, their journey is...
"Bitch, loosen up! Why you standing in this corner being shy? Enjoy the party," Tia said shaking her friend's shoulders.
Jaida gave her a small smile, feeling a little bit overwhelmed. "Tia, you know I only came to L.A. for work. I didn't expect all of this."
Jaida said looking around the house, at the crowd of people. There were a few celebrities there, loud music, weed in the air, groupies, photographers and even more people coming in.
Tia rolled her eyes, "You're always caught up in work. Have a drink, get drunk."
Jaida gave her good friend of 2 years a genuine smile, laughing slightly because she was right. She was always drowning herself in work owning her own real estate firm and it's about time she gets a break. Tia's other best friend Shay came over to the bunch, looking at Jaida without a word and turned her attention to Tia. Jaida rolled her eyes at Shay, knowing they're not fond of each other but they keep the peace for the love of Tia.
"Yall need anything before I head to the pool?"
"Well, bitch I see you hot and ready," Tia joked, looking at Shay in her 3-piece bathing suit.

Shay did a little twirl and the girls laughed. Shay knew she was the shit.
Shay was from New York but resides in L.A. pursuing her modeling career. Shay didn't take any shit. She was outspoken and uses her physical attributes to get what she wants. Her body was perfect, her hair was long. With her being a popular model, tall, smooth mocha complexion, she attracted attention from everybody and even though a lot of men came her way, she was always choosy. She couldn't just fuck with anybody, but she always got who she wanted.
"You already know," Shay said smiling, winding her hips.
"Yoo Tia!" A tall light skinned guy, rocking a fitted, with a graphic T-shirt, and jeans shouted, approaching Tia, giving her a hug.
"Cousin Reggie!" Tia squealed embracing the hug. Jaida's eyebrows bunched up as she noticed that's Redman, one of the hardest MCs to grace the rap game.
"I haven't seen you in a minute! Thank you for coming to the party," Tia said pulling from the hug.
"Nah, of course. I'm in town for a couple days, me and Mef got a show tomorrow, so you know I had to show up."
"Where is Mef?" Tia asked, looking over his shoulder into the crowd.
He shrugged, "We had rehearsal earlier. He said he was going to show but you know he don't like to be in the mix too much."
Tia nodded, knowing that was true. The chances of her seeing Method Man tonight were slim to none. He was very lowkey, popped out when he had to or wanted to, and a house party full of cameras and industry people wasn't his vibe.
