It had been almost 9 months since Gerard proposed now. Everything had been so easy that time just flew by. Most people in our group had turned twenty-three by now. Everything had been smooth sailing, except today.

I was woken up at 8:00 AM to my cell phone ringing on the bedside table. Gerard answered it for me, which was just a habit of ours. We answer each other's cell phones.

"Shit, babe!" he said, shaking me awake as I had started to doze off again.

"What?" I groaned.

"That was Frank. Jamia's gone into labor!" he exclaimed. A mixture of excitement and nerves fluttered around in my stomach. My best friends were gonna have a baby! I jumped up and quickly got dressed and Gerard did the same. We rushed out to the hospital and talked to the receptionist. She made us stay in the waiting room until Jamia was finished giving birth. Jamia had gotten the scans, and found out that it was actually twins! We couldn't be happier for her. Taylor and Hayley were both on tour again, so they couldn't make it to the hospital.

In about an hour, Frank came out to get us. "Come meet them," he said happily. Gerard and I walked hand-in-hand to the hospital room behind Frank. When we walked in we found Jamia holding both babies. She handed one to Frank so he could show us.

"Hi Cherry. Do you wanna meet your Aunt Lily and Uncle Gerard?" he cooed at the baby. He carefully handed her to me and let me hold her. She was adorable. She seemed fascinated by Gerard's bright red hair. She was staring at it. I handed her to Gerard and he cooed nonsense at her. He was so good with babies. It was adorable.

"Lily, I'd like you to meet baby number two," Jamia said. She paused for a moment before continuing, "Lily Iero."

I felt tears of joy spring to my eyes again. "Y-you named her after me?" I asked happily. Jamia nodded. I felt tears of joy leave my eyes.

"We both decided a long time ago that we wanted to name one of them after you. After all you've done for us. For all of us. I hope little Lily grows up to be even half as great as you, because that's still impressive. We love you, Lily. You're just as much a part of the Iero family as all of us. We wouldn't even have started dating if it weren't for you," Jamia said. I sobbed happily and hugged her.

"I love you so much," I whispered to Jamia.

"I love you too, Lily. Do you want to hold her?" she asked, holding baby Lily out for me. I very gently took her from Jamia and rocked her back and forth. She really looked like both of them. She was adorable. Gerard came over to me, still holding Cherry, and we both just silently stood by each other as we spent time with the babies. Eventually Frank and Jamia's families showed up and Gerard and I left to give them some time to themselves. Ray and Mikey showed up as well.

"The twins are so adorable," Gerard said once we had arrived home.

"I think Cherry took quite a liking to you. Or at least your hair," I joked.

"I'm sure the twins will take quite a liking to both of us, because you know Uncle Gerard and Aunt Lily are gonna spoil the hell out of them," Gerard said. I laughed.

"Of course we are," I giggled.

"Have you ever thought about having a baby someday?" he asked. I nodded.

"Of course I have. I really want to start a family someday," I said.

"Yeah... Um... I-I really want to have a baby. Just being around Cherry and Lily makes me just want one of our own," he muttered quietly.

"Do you really want a baby?" I asked, making sure.

"Yeah. I do."

"I do too," I admitted.

"So maybe Baby Way isn't as far into the future as we thought!" he exclaimed happily.

"So... Um... I guess we should... Um s-start trying," I said awkwardly.

"That's the fun part," he said with a smirk and then he carried me bridal style upstairs to our bedroom. He threw me onto the bed and attacked my lips. It had been a while since we'd done this. Maybe this was the built up frustration he had told me about when we were teenagers.

He panted heavily and rolled off of me. I giggled and cuddled up to him as I breathed heavily.

"I love you. I hope we finally get our baby," he said, kissing my head.
"I love you too. I can't wait to get our Baby Way," I said.

We both drifted off to sleep
