Millions have fallen, the planet in flames. Asteroids dropping out of the sky. Screams of torture everywhere.
"Kristin! Run! I need you to survive!" Mother yells.
"No! Not without you!" I yell back, yet I get no response. Tears start to roll down my cheeks. Not bothering to wipe them away, I run. I run for my life, honoring her last wish.
"Where are you going, dear Kristin?" A familiar voice asks.
Father.
His eyes were pitch black, and his hand was bleeding.
"Why leave your family, your home? We love you." He says while his voice goes deeper.

"GET AWAY FROM HER! RUN KRISTIN!" Keralie yells.
She tries to fight that creature, but she could not hold on for long. I try to go help her, but something holds me back.
"WHATEVER YOU ARE, LET ME GO!!!"
I get free, only for a moment, before I am sucked into a ship.
"NO! I NEED TO GO BACK! I NEED TO GO HELP HER!" I yell, feeling my power surfacing with every word I say, the power I spent years controlling and suppressing, which I nearly perfected. Taking deep breaths, I finally calm down and look out the window, only to see...

Keralie; my brave, strong selfless sister, killed by my beloved father. No, not my father, that creature, that monster, that thing I will annihilate.
"Kristin Percxio, we are sorry for your loss, but we need to get you to safety. You need to survive no matter what and revive Faltor's glory." The elders say in unison using that voice, the voice I thought contained so much wisdom and which I trusted. They are the reason my whole family and all of Faltor are dead.
"But Keralie—"
"Is dead. We need you to leave." They say, leaving me all alone in front of the Cryogenic chamber.
They were right. The end is here, and there is nothing I can do to stop it.
