The Reaction #27

25 1 0

It starts with something simple

Then grows

Like a dimple

It shows

The Reaction

Has got me into trouble

The fascination

Popped my bubble

With a pointy sword

Which thence

Stayed forward

But kept its distance

From the reality

That was life

This actuality

That burdened this knife

At first it was just chemical

Then it changed

To the physical

I said feeling deranged

The Reaction

Which kept me hanging

This traction

Which kept me going

I may have  been deformed

I was the quotient

Which was reformed

I'm tired of being patient

I'm ready to drop everything

And run

Run for anything

Under the sun

The Reaction

What is at stake

The attraction

At the lake

Of blood

And gore

Which flood

The shore
