If I could Stay Alive

For an eternity

Would you live

With me in my serenity

Even through the pain

Will you stay by my side

If I turn insane

Will you hide

Or stay shining bright

Waiting for it to go away

Another night

Another day

I count them all

Because I will never die 

I will never fall

All you do is get by

I show support

But I was too slow

Cut short

To know 

That you are too far gone

Drifting away

So done

You won't live another day

You have driven me to the edge

I am dead 

Driven me to the ledge

I can't see whats ahead

Show me how defenseless

You really are

With all this stress

You won't go far

I no longer want to be alive

I don't want this pain

I no longer want to live

You left a stain
