Waiting for the day
When I die
When I lay
When my end is nigh
Waiting for My Release
Waiting for my soul to be free
This disease inside
Of me
Decays the wall
Of my skin
As I fall
All over again
To the sin
Which held me dear
It will win
For so long I kept it near
So long
I lost my way
Wondering where I belong
When will be the day
When I get to see the people I lost
The people I loved
They were tossed
Were shoved
Across a lake
Filled with ice
Their lives at stake
The price
So dear
The ice broke
Death so near
Another stroke
They sunk to the floor
Lungs dying
Opened a new door
Done trying
Waiting for the day
When I die
When I lay
When my end is nigh
Waiting for My Release
Waiting for my soul to be free
This disease inside
Of me
