Josh's POV

A few days later, I go down the stairs right after I wake up, and I make myself a quick breakfast.

I can't wait to see my mate again, I have seen him every day since he got here, but his leg got infected, and he wasn't feeling very well for most of the time.

Although he should be fine now, because he was feeling better yesterday, so I can't wait to go to the hospital, and finally start to get to know him.

I already know that he's stupid, because he put some dirty leafs on his wound, and he thought that it will work great as a bandage, but in sure that there's more to know about him.

My parents still don't know that he's here, the only people that know are Wyatt, Joseph and Denver, and I hope that it will stay this way for a while.

Denver allowed Nicolas to stay here, but he said that the guards will be necessary for now.

He also told the searching team that my mate was caught, and he told the officers at the prison that we will be keeping Nicolas with us.

I have no idea when I will tell my parents, but I want to spend some time with my mate first, and after I will know him a bit better, then I will introduce them to each other.

I will also have to tell Nicolas that I'm a werewolf, and that he's my mate, but I have no idea how to tell him this, so it will have to wait for a while longer too.

Hopefully he will accept me, he seems like an open minded person, so it should be easy with him.

When I finish my breakfast, I go towards the front door, intending to go to the pack house, but papa stops me.

"You have to go to school." He says sternly.

"That's where I'm going." I lie, but he seems to realise this, and he rolls his eyes.

"I will drive you, this way you won't be able to come back when you will want to." He tells me, and I groan.

"How do you know that I was lying?" I ask him, while I follow him.

"You were too excited when you were going towards the front door, so I instantly knew that you were going somewhere else." He says, and I groan.

I will have to make sure to control my emotions better the next time.

When we reach the car, which is parked in front of the pack house, I look longingly at the entrance, but I sight in frustration, before I enter the car.

I know that arguing with papa won't end well, and the last thing that I need right now is to be banned from going outside of the house.

So, I will have to spend the day at school, then I will be able to see my mate.

"I will kill you if you will make me wait for you after the school is over." I tell papa, before I get out of the car.
