Josh's POV

Nicolas extends his hand to touch my fur, and I let him do it, then I jump on the bed, and I lay on top of him, which makes him laugh.

I have no idea how he knew about werewolves, but I'm sure that he did, because he isn't scared or anything, and he believed me right after I told him.

That's definitely not how I imagined his reaction to this, but I'm very happy about how it turned out.

When he gets tired of petting me, I start to lick his face, but he covers it quickly, telling me that it's disgusting, so I get off of him, and I shift back to my human form.

Then I smile at him, and he just shakes his head.

"Don't ever do it again." He says with a chuckle.

I quickly get dressed, before I sit on my previous spot.

"So... Are we now dating, or how does this work?" He asks me, and I smile.

"Well, werewolves don't usually say that they're dating, they're just together, and everyone know that they're mates." I explain with a shrug.

"Okay." He says.

"And you're fine with everything?" I ask him.

"Definitely, especially if this means that I will finally be able to get to know more things about werewolves, and if I will be able to stay here." He says.

"How do you know that we exist?" I ask him curiously.

"Just a feeling." He tells me with a shrug, and I nod.

"When will you be able to get out of the hospital?" I ask him.

"I have no idea, you will have to ask the Doctor." He tells me, and a few seconds later the Doctor opens the door to this room, as if knowing that we want something from him.

"When will Nicolas be able to get out of here?" I ask him.

"You can take him outside, but he will have to come back here for a few more days." He tells me, and he moves the blanket that covers my mate's legs, before he begins to unwrap the bandage.

"I think that he's obsessed with me, he comes here every few minutes, and he either asks how in feeling, or he wants to see my leg, somethings he even wants some of my blood." Nicolas tells me, which makes both me and the Doctor laugh.

"Believe me, he's obsessed with everyone that has some kind of injury." I tell him, and Doctor Chris nods in agreement.

Nicolas and I talk for a few more minutes while the Doctor continues doing what he does, and when he finishes, he turns towards us.

"It will be painful for you to walk for a while, but you're free to go outside if you want." He tells my mate.

"That's great, but I think that I will stay here." He responds.

"Or we can go to my house, so I can tell my parents that I found my mate." I tell him, and he shrugs.

"If that's what you want." He tells me, so I help him stand up, and we go towards my house.
