Nicolas' POV
I walk toward the pain house, because I agreed to meet Kyle.
My mate is at the training again, so I have a whole day to myself, which means that I might as well hang out with my friend.
I decided that it will be quicker if I will go through the woods, because the path that leads from the pack house to my mate's house is a bit longer.
But this turns out to be a bad choice, because when I'm somewhere in the middle of the way, I stand up on something and I cry out in pain.
I look at my leg, and I see some kind of a metal trap, I have no idea why it's here, but now it's locked around my leg, and some part of it had managed to get into my leg.
I have no idea how I will get to the pack house like this, so I consider if I should shout for someone to help me.
I could wait for someone to walk by, but my leg is bleeding a lot, and I'm not sure if I still will be alive by the time that it will happen.
But thankfully someone some over here before I can make a decision.
He doesn't say anything, before he kneels on the ground in front of me, and he starts to inspect my leg.
"It will hurt a bit." He tells me, before he starts to pull the trap open, and then he tells me to take my leg out of it, before he lets it shut again.
"Thanks." I tell him, and he nods.
"You should go to the Doctor, so he can check it." He tells me, so I follow him to the pack house.
To my surprise I can walk, which I'm very happy about, because I wouldn't want this stranger to carry me.
When we reach the pack house, he leaves me, and I go to the pack hospital.
Doctor Chris greets me right after I enter it, and he frowns at me, before he sees my bleeding leg, then tells me to follow him to one of the rooms.
I let him look at my leg, and I wonder how bad the floor in the pack house looks like right now.
I bet that there are bloody foot prints in the places that I was walking through.
But I'm sure that someone will clean it soon, so I try to not worry about some kid getting scared of it.
"You just healed one leg, now you have injured another." He tells me, as if I don't know that already.
He takes some things from he other side of the room, before he starts to clean my wound, which makes me groan, because it's pretty painful.
When my leg is clean, he puts a bandage on my leg, and he tells me to lay here for a while, to let the wounds close properly, so I do just that.
I will have to tell the Doctor to tell my mate to come here, if he will refuse to let me go in half an hour.
